I regret switching my membership from Sky Zone Anaheim to this Santa Ana location. Big mistake. Even my kids (ages 5 and 3) ask to go back to the other location because, in their words, “this one is not fun.” Biggest Concern – Bathroom Safety: The men’s restroom is positioned so kids and women can see right inside when the door is open. About half the time it’s dirty, but worse, I actually walked in once and saw a man exposing himself. Imagine if a child had been the one to walk in. This is a serious safety risk, and the bathrooms should be reconfigured immediately so predators can’t take advantage. Other ongoing problems: • Broken Attractions: More than half of the games are often out of order. The dodgeball courts for kids rarely have balls, and many of the other play areas just sit unused because they’re broken. • Membership Issues: They messed up my account, created a duplicate, and almost every visit I’d get told I needed to “make a payment” even though I was up to date. I’ve even been refused entry. • Private Bookings: They frequently close the entire facility for private events, meaning you can’t get in despite paying for a membership. Yes, it’s on their website, but it would be much more respectful to send a quick text alert to members so we don’t waste a trip. • Poor Staff Training & Management: Most of the floor staff just stand around and don’t supervise properly. The management has a dismissive, almost “what do you want?” attitude toward customer concerns. It makes you feel like you’re bothering them instead of them doing their job. I’ve already canceled my membership, and even then they still tried to refuse my entry, claiming I owed a balance—until I reminded them they had refunded my last month due to all the broken attractions. Bottom line: This place desperately needs better management, better-trained staff, cleaner facilities, and functioning equipment. Until then, I would not recommend wasting your money here. $65/month for broken games, dirty bathrooms, and unsafe conditions is unacceptable. Final thoughts: I’m beyond disappointed because I trusted this place with my kids’ safety and my money, and it failed on both. As a paying member, I expected a clean, safe, and welcoming environment instead, I felt dismissed, disrespected, and like my concerns didn’t matter. The only way I’d ever consider coming back is if this location completely remodeled the bathrooms for safety, fixed their broken attractions, trained their staff properly, and actually cared about their customers. Until then, I’ll tell every parent I know to stay away.

Super clean, super fun, and super well-run! Sky Zone Santa Ana is one of the best trampoline parks I’ve been to, all (6) of my kids love this place. The place is spotless (seriously impressive for how busy it gets), and everything feels really well-maintained and safe. That's one reason we've had numerous Birthday parties at this location. Huge shoutout to the management and staff—they’re friendly, organized, and clearly know how to keep things running smoothly even with tons of people bouncing around. You can tell there’s strong leadership behind the scenes. Whether you’re bringing kids, friends, or just need a fun place to throw childrens party, this location delivers a fun, stress-free experience. Definitely coming back!

Staff was friendly enough and the place was only modestly dirty. It doesn't have some of the stuff that you'd expect from a nicer place like Defy, such as swings, climbing walls, jousting, or obstacle courses. Also when we went a whole bunch of stuff was closed.

Ive been to 10 different skyzones.

This one I’ll start w what’s wrong.

Trampolines on walls are WAY to steep; they should be more on an angle but aren’t

Small

Workers there really don’t care making it fun. Dodge ball was not being monitored or a ref saying “you’re out”. They just look and say nothing.

All they do is wait for someone to get hurt to go help but don’t keep a balance.

For example other skyzones don’t let you lay down in the trampoline, because there’s people jumping.

This skyzones however everyone was laying down everywhere, and wasn’t told to get up or anything.

God I wish I took pictures.

Also I payed $94 for 90 minutes for 3 people idk but that seems a bit overpriced for the last time I payed for 3 people at the skyzone in Fullerton or close to Fullerton.

Staff aren’t as fun, are just waiting for an injury and aren’t checking the dodgeball integrity of players.

That’s why it gets 2...

I was really disappointed with the customer service at Sky Zone. From the moment we arrived, the staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful. Instead of being welcoming, they acted like we were an inconvenience. When we had questions what i purchased online, it felt like we were brushed off rather than helped. On top of that, the overall attitude came across as rude and unprofessional. Sky Zone is supposed to be a fun experience, but poor customer service ruined the visit. If management cares about their customers, they really need to focus on training their staff to be more attentive, respectful, and approachable. Until then, I wouldn't recommend this location. Also , why is it so hot in there? It’s summer time and everyday it seems like it gets hotter and hotter. AC is needed especially since it’s so many different people jumping around and they get...
