This place is fantastic! It was my family's and my first time. I live locally and drive by it almost every day on my way to work and always wondered if it would be a good spot. Well, I never have to "wonder" again! I have two kids whose birthday is in the first month, just days apart, so we sometimes do their birthday together. We needed a place that would be enjoyable for boys and girls alike. Well, we found it at Sky Zone! You walk in and get an instant sense that it's clean, organized, and well-run. We checked in, got introduced to our party host, Yan (pronounced Jon) and then we were provided a breakdown of our time slot. We had an hour to jump and play video games (not included) and then our room would be ready for the pizza, birthday cake, and presents. We unleashed our children and followed them around the facility. I'm not a fan of letting kids run around completely unattended. Thankfully we had enough adults for there to be eyes on all the kids at all times. Sky Zone had a perfect balance between trampoline options and games. It doesn't feel overwhelming and claustrophobic like some places and had good enough ventilation/air flow to smell like feet haha. All around it was clean, organized, and they provided regular announcements over the loudspeakers. When your room was ready, food was ready, or when your jumping time was ending. At every stage, Yan (Jon) and Lizzy were ever present and helpful. At multiple times Yan asked me what he could do to help: "Do you need help getting set up? Do you have any decorations I can assist you with? Do you need someone to cut your cake into slices for serving? Honestly, I was prepared to do all of those things so I was really impressed that it was part of the host services!" And when it was all said and done, I walked away feeling like I got customer service and bang for my buck. With everything being as expensive as it is, that is worth its weight in gold! Thanks again, Lizzy and Yan. You made our kids' special day all the...
Read moreA couple of months ago this place was great. Now it is REALLY bad. There is a group of teenage boys who go around bullying and taking trampolines away from little kids. Today one tried with me. He came and stood right in front of me attempting to force me off the trampoline I was on. When I asked him to move that I was using the trampoline he stood in my face laughing at me. I stood my ground and told him to get off. I am an adult and can handle the situation, however, I see many kids there having the same thing done to them while the staff stands there watching and does nothing about it. It was out of control today and yesterday. Groups of kids/teens that appear to be there without parents. Pushing, shoving, running, toppling over each other, dirty bathrooms no distancing what so ever, and the whole place(including trampolines) looks like it has not been cleaned in ages. When I approached a staff member about I was informed several times there was nothing that could be done. The staff member stated when they attempt to enforce the rules the kids just ignore them. I stated going to leave a review which forced the staff member to act. I think there is a huge problem with teen bullies there and the staff is young and intimidated by them so they let them get away with it. It used to be a fun/safe trampoline park. Now it is ridiculous. No rules, no distancing, numerous people on each trampoline, Way over capacity, dirty, bullying, running, pushing, shoving and staff that is to intimidated and/or discouraged to do anything about it. I will give this place a couple more tries in hopes it goes back to the way it was a couple months ago. If it does not improve we will have to stop going. My daughter and I really used to enjoy it there. We cannot go to the other one we used to go to because it has not opened yet but as soon as it does we will switch back there if it does...
Read moreMy family and I attended last Friday, The place is so so clean kids got bore fast so straight to the arcades. Here is the reason of the one star. 1st . Purchase 1 dollar rechargeable arcade card 2nd. If you buy $20.00 you get 20 extra credits total of 40.00 credits to play. So about .50 each credit 3rd. Beware- if my kid played 5 games of 7 credits each we used 35 credits, we got 5 credits left so you walk around n check if the have a machine that will take the last 5 credits. Surprise they have no machines that will take only 5. Okay, so let's recharge the card 2 credits. THAT'S NOT AN OPTION YOU MUST DO 5 CREDIT MINIMUM. so now you have 10 credit in one card. So again you are left with 3 credits. You don't have the option to combine cards and you don't have the option to use what is left in the card if is under5 credits. Be ready to wased money on useless credits in a card. For my two cards i have 2 credits in one and 5 credits in the other. Total of $3.50. One card at the...
