It saddens me to leave a one-star review for what has been my go-to BMW dealership for the past decade (even though I haven't owned a BMW since 2019 when my 535i got totaled, I still routinely recommended this dealership to friends and family).
That all changed today.
I recently totaled my Tesla and was highly interested in leasing an M4 or an 850xi.
I walked in to the showroom and proceeded to view the M4 they had on their sales floor. Within seconds, a sales rep (whom I will not name) walked up to me to ask "if I needed anything".
He was nice, not personable though, and didn't even introduce himself (I took it upon myself to do so). I explained to him why I was there, and that I was also looking to view the Mercedes CLE 53 AMG, and that I wanted to test drive and run numbers on both cars. I said to him I will likely want to check out the Mercedes as well before I made a decision (but knowing how I roll, if I fall in love with a car and the numbers are right -- I just go for it).
He tells me he'll check to see if they had any 850xi coupes and that he'll be back.
A few minutes later he returns and tells me they just got one and that it's on their roof.
We go all the way up, I look at the car and it's the exact configuration I wanted.
I said to him let's test drive it, and let's test drive the M4.
He tells me the 850 is still in "pre delivery" and needs to be washed. We go downstairs to take a look at their M4 inventory on his computer, turns out he has two models (one rear wheel and the other all wheel) that meet my color and equipment needs (fully loaded).
I tell him, great! I want to test drive it.
To which he responds "sorry I don't have a demo for you to test drive". I tell him that's fine I don't need to test drive that exact same VIN, I just need to get a feel for the car. He tells me "we can't test drive any of them because no demo vehicles are available and all the M4 units they have are new and not broken in".
I look at him and say "salesperson (name removed), how do you expect me to purchase a car that I cannot test drive?". He looks at me like a deer in headlights... I tell him fine forget the M4, can we test drive the 850xi? He says "yes, it needs an hour before it can be marked as delivered and washed before you can test drive it. You can hang out in the dealership if you want or I can text you when it's ready".
I tell him that my time is valuable and that I will not be waiting around, he says he will text me.
I walked out feeling totally disrespected and not valued, and drove straight over to Fletcher Jones Mercedes Benz where I proceeded to buy their top of the line CLE AMG 53 (check out my review of their dealership and the team I worked with on Yelp).
He did end up texting me an hour later. At that point I had already been greeted like royalty at Fletcher Jones, test driven the car I wanted, and was in active negotiations with their sales rep.
Some advice: just because a customer walks in wearing workout clothing, doesn't mean they aren't serious. Hire sales reps that actually want to sell cars. Treat people with respect -- this is a truly shameful experience that I will be sharing with every body in my circle (I've shared with a few in-market buyers already). Do...
Read moreIâve recently added a 2026 BMW iX to our family fleet for my wife and couldnât be happierânot just with the new vehicle itself, but with the exceptional experience we had at Crevier BMW.
From the outset, I arrived with my wife and son, and we were warmly greeted by Jacob (Jake) Elliott. We had the pleasure of working with one of the dealershipâs top client advisors, Jake Elliott. He brought a positive attitude, deep product knowledge, and genuine humility to every interaction. He actively listened to our needs, paid attention to the details, and remained committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
We had the opportunity to test drive the car and were thoroughly impressed. It exceeded our expectations. Jake and his manager went the extra mile to secure the vehicle for us and we truly appreciate their efforts in making the deal happen.
A few days later, we returned to Crevier BMW shortly before closing time due to heavy traffic. Although Jake was assisting another customer, he made sure we were well taken care ofâanother reflection of his professionalism.
Thatâs when Jacob Scarbrough stepped in as another outstanding top client advisor and further elevated the experience. Jacob was incredibly thorough, walking us through all the paperwork, explaining the vehicle features, helping with setup, and answering every question with patience and clarity. His strong communication skills and positive attitude made the entire process seamless and stress-free.
We also want to give special recognition to Ilona Alex in finance. She carefully guided us through the maintenance and extended warranty options with a respectful, informative approachânever pushy or rushed.
Despite the dealership being very busy, and staying open past 9 PM, both Jake and Jacob remained on-site to ensure we could drive off with the car that evening. Their dedication and customer-first mindset were truly above and beyond.
Jake Elliott, Jacob Scarbrough, and Ilona Alex exemplify professionalism, attentiveness, and five-star service. Working in client advising and finance is no easy task, and the team at Crevier BMW handled it with professionalism and care. Each played a key role in making this a smooth and memorable experience.
We highly recommend Crevier BMW to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. And if you're looking for someone who will truly take care of your needs and help you get a great deal, look no further than Jake Elliott or Jacob Scarbrough. We will absolutely be returning for our next BMW and look forward to working with this outstanding team again. Thank you for making it...
Read moreI brought my 2022 BMW 330i (CPO) in for service after 2 months of ownership because the Apple Carplay was dropping calls. After extensive research I was able to deduce the previous owner never updated the software and now a manual push was required via BMW service center to resolve the problem. Jack Sweeney was a great service representative and helped make this experience as best as possible. Jack is knowledgable, respectful, communicative, and thorough, but after careful consideration I cannot give Crevier a 5 star review.
Jack acknowledged some known hiccups in their current service line from drop-off to techs and I understand the service center is trying to improve.
First, after multiple calls and texts from BMW to confirm my appointment, I still waited 25 minutes past my appointment and was served by Jack [thankfully he stepped up] instead of my assigned representative, Eric. The carâs programming was updated, and the tech determined the fault was a 0.1v drop across the battery, which the negligible type of âgo-no goâ item I suspected was happening in the code. The reason for the 4 star review is that the car was returned to me with the bass/radio programmed to the cars accelerator. So, when you accelerate you hear bass. Since I have an after market stereo, the bass had to be at 100 dB. WoW it was CRAaaZy. Whoever drove the car up had to know something was WAY OBVIOUSLY wrong. BMW claimed they donât mess with after market property, but for one I know BMW can turn the bass off from acceleration, and two it turned out the bass knob was detached and tampered with for my aftermarket parts. The stereo shop fixed it for free. Jack Sweeney was very apologetic on behalf of the team and I feel this was no...
