Villa Tire Shop — Attraction in Santa Ana

Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever had at a tire shop. They are completely unprofessional and do not take responsibility for their mistakes. Instead of owning up to the fact that they messed up my car, they tried to blame it on other things. The most shocking part is they actually let me drive off with loose lug nuts, which could have caused a serious accident. It was clear they just wanted me out quickly and only cared about taking my money.

The guys working there are ignorant, careless, and refuse to admit when they screw up. This place is not only untrustworthy, but also unsafe. I would never recommend Villa Tire Shop to anyone—worst service ever. Stay away for...

I left a deposit for a new tire for a Michelle tire but when I got there they secretly put a cheap low quality tire that I did not know what brand it was. They lie to my face they thought I was not going to notice and told me that I didn't order a Michelle tire like acting dumb . Do not buy from here they are liars.
