Initial review: Excellent customer service. I believe it was the owner who helped me out and he made sure to accommodate my needs even though I live in Ventura.

My only complaint and reason that I docked off one star is because one of the vape cartridges I opened leaked half of the contents... and it's only been open for 3 days. SO bummed about that and feel that's just money down the drain D:.

This is a medical only dispensary. I have been using the Santa Barbara collective for about a year now as my exclusive dispensary. When I say exclusive it means that their level of customer service is of such a high caliber that I choose to use only their services. There are always other options when it comes to shopping for medical marijuana, yet this is why I choose the people here.
