Ok true story that just happened- My iPhone screen was flickering and then went yellowish to the point where I couldn’t see the images clearly so I turned it off and it wouldn’t turn back on. I went to my computer to make an appointment at the Genius Bar but couldn’t login to the two factor Authentication- so I went to the Apple Store and waited an hour and a half with two small children. Finally got help and they plug my iPhone into something which said it wouldn’t turn on. I was told my iPhone had a stroke and I couldn’t recover any data unless it was uploaded to iCloud. Then had to talk to a new sales associate about getting a new iPhone (waited another 15 minutes for this person). After talking with the new sales associate I decided to call my husband As I was about to spend thousand dollars. He said why don’t you go to that phone repair store that I went to a year ago and they’re really good, you should go there before you buy a new phone. I decided to give it a try and went to Igeek.

Literally 10 minutes after I walk to the door and my old phone was fixed- I couldn’t believe it. From being told having I had a completely dead phone after waiting 2h to completely fixed in less than 10min- just needed a new screen.

Last week they replaced my daughter's charging port and after the phone got dropped (hard enough to crack the screen protector) it stopped charging again. I brought it back and told them it had been dropped and asked if they would take a look at it. The tech took it apart and 30 mins later called me and said that they had actually missed a small screw in the earlier repair, and it must have gotten jostled around when it was dropped.
