My wife and I worked with Jason from Creative Kitchen Spaces (Castle Constriction) on three very big projects for our condo. We first renovated two bathrooms, and both turned out perfect. About a year after finishing that project we had a water leak that destroyed most of our kitchen. When we discovered the leak, we were not sure who to call. Jason was our first call and he was at our condo within minutes, he immediately recognized the problem and had a plumber at our unit the same day.

After realizing the damage that had been done to our kitchen we worked with Jason to completely remodel our entire downstairs. We opened up our kitchen space and along with Jason’s help designing we were able to create our dream kitchen.

My wife and I had never been part of a remodel before, and Jason helped us every step of the way. We were able to customize and create everything we wanted. We have the kitchen of our dreams and I now also have the living room of my dreams with three tv’s all mounted and with no wires showing.

Jason was always cognizant of our budget and was honest with us if a certain idea of project might not work within out budget. Adam, Lenny, and Daniel who work with Jason are also amazing. They always respected our condo and cleaned up every day after work was finished. Not only did Jason and his crew respect our place at the end of each workday, the craftsmanship and work done was impeccable. Jason makes sure the job is done correctly, looks great, and will stand the test of time.

After consulting other construction companies, we chose Castle Construction for our major kitchen/living room remodel. We started the project at the end of July 2021 and finished mid October 2021. The transformation to our new kitchen/living room was very smooth and we are extremely satisfied with the final product. Jason was very helpful with all the questions (there were numerous) that we had during the process. We needed quite a bit of guidance as this was our very first remodel of this magnitude. All of Jason's crew were extremely nice and helpful as well. The quality of their work and attention to detail was very impressive. We were also pleased with the work and the responsiveness of the sub-contractors Jason chose. Jason was upfront and honest about any possible issues and additional costs that could arise during our project. Like most people, our budget for this project was not unlimited, and we believe Jason saved us money where he could. There was a time during our project where Jason was willing to come out on a Saturday to address an issue and another time in the pouring rain to fix a leak above one of our sliding doors. Jason at Castle Construction did an amazing job on our bathroom remodel. It goes without saying that our bathroom is absolutely stunning. But what Jason brings to the table is more than the ability to build a beautiful and high quality space. He sees and anticipates and thoroughly explains the unseens. Whenever I had an idea, he was able to anticipate any potential hurdles and explain the options for overcoming those.

He's also super flexible and rolls with the change orders. I made a pretty massive change just before demo was to begin. I thought the change would not be possible due to materials, space, and time considerations but he said it was doable and he made it happen.

Also, the majority of material choices can be made right there in his showroom, which is a really nice convenience.

Subsequent to the completion of our bathroom remodel, we've relied on Jason for a bunch of smaller projects. They have all been done with quality and longevity in mind.

He's also been accessible for emergencies and can pull in the right subcontractor/s and clearly communicate the issues more efficiently than I ever could.
