If you are looking for a gym to call home and plan to be there a long time this is NOT the one!
My son broke his arm so I called from the hospital as a courtesy to the gym let them know my daughter would not make it to her class. While I had them on the phone I decided to schedule her make up class without my calendar in front of me. I later realized I would be out of town at the time I scheduled her make up so I called back the next day, the day BEFORE her make up was scheduled and they would not let me reschedule it. I had my own gymnastics program in AZ and this is the most ridiculous policy I've ever heard. It's not like we missed our make up class and are trying to make up our make up! I was essentially going to slide into a class in an hour that still had openings and open up room for the next day. They kept telling me that they were saving a spot for me so IF someone called to do their make up then would have already told them no. My thought was that it hasn't happened yet, so IF someone calls they could give it to them. So sad they are willing to lose customer over not letting them attend a different make up ahead of time when there was room in both classes! I am withdrawing my daughter from the program. When looking for a gym, we are essentially looking for a home. We literally just paid and registration fee last week, attended one class and they won't refund our $50 registration fee either. They are clearly a money driven program and have terrible customer services. The manager also told me there IS flexibility to this policy given the circumstance, but MY circumstance wasn't one of those. When I asked to speak to the owner he told me she would just be referring me back to him since he was in charge of the...

As a former gymnastics coach of over twenty years, I can say that Airborne Gymnastics is an outstanding gym to attend, whether your child enrolls in competitive or recreational gymnastics. It's rare to find a gym that does both so well—but Airborne does. While I will devote this review to the recreational side, all you have to do is walk in the gym and see the girls’ team train or look at their gym wall lined with pictures of past athletes who’ve earned scholarships to some of the best schools in the country—including Stanford and Yale—to know you’re in the right place.
My two children have been in the recreational program at Airborne Gymnastics since September. My son is a 3-year-old with special needs. His coaches, Natalia and Eliana, have infinite patience, and go out of their way to help him. He has come a long way since he first started the class. His listening and comprehension of verbal instructions have improved tremendously, and his forward and backward rolls are coming along as well. My daughter has worked with A.J., Maddy, Justinia, and several others as well. All the Airborne coaches I’ve seen are encouraging as well knowledgeable in terms of gymnastics technique. In addition to all that, they know how to keep things safe.
Whether you just want your kids to stay fit, or if a spot on their team is your dream, Airborne is a gym where you can do both! It’s an outstanding gym in...
Read moreMy kid went here for almost a year to the Dynamos level and the instructor was amazing. We discontinued and restarted at Girls recreational classes. Absolute nightmare experience. Instructor barely looked at kids throughout 75 minutes of the class. Instructor did not teach or support kids in any way. We immediately asked to be moved to a different class. Front desk person is helpful but their policies are horrible. They never bother to ask for feedback from customers. She moved us to another class that's open for the month. They do not prorate or hold the registration until another class opens up or give back the paid amount. No matter how the next set of classes go, we are not coming back to this place. Highly disappointed and do not recommend this place. Wasting around $40, driving 20+ minutes to the class and watch your kid being ignored and made to randomly attempt something that remotely looks like gymnastics- that's the summary of this place. Stay away. In all fairness, I have seen few of the instructors being super dedicated and interact with kids but it's not guarantee to get them all the time as it's all based on availability. It's way too expensive in terms of money and time to deal with this random chance of getting a...
