As a whole, the best game shop in South Bay with GREAT repair options. This shop is relatively new in the area and puts the others to shame when it comes to customer service. I've been about 4 or 5 times now, the staff goes above and beyond. Fair prices, knowledgeable staff that loves games, and excellent repairs! I had 5 GBA games with new batteries. Price was great, every cart worked, and even better it was done right on the spot! Just make sure to come on Saturdays when they get extra repair support from an off-duty hardware engineer. When it comes to customer service the shop is beyond! For example I had the tiniest issue with a Game Boy Color I had just purchased (my fault for not looking harder) and they offered to repair it AND gave me an identical device as a loaner! That's just one example and I have more! Shoutout to Abdul and Hussein! Beyond this, their selection is really interesting! I even got my Analogue Pocket glow in the dark there at a very, very fair price. I'll be returning often!

The entrance is in the back of the plaza, so it's kinda like a hidden gem. Like their sister store, they have tons of stock for every generation. As a newer store, their stock is full of great and rare titles. This location also has way more handhelds all of which are in amazing condition. The employees are also very nice and willing to go out of their way to find what you're looking for. In my case, they went through the trouble of calling the other store to see if they had a title I was looking for. Loved the service. Unfortunately, the prices for popular titles can be tough to swallow. It's higher than you'd expect, but they do back it with resurfacing, troubleshooting and good faith. So, if you're gungho on buying your holy grail in person and with some peace of mind, this is your place! If you're a stickler for the price, this ain't it, chief

Found this place through a Gamestop employee. I’ve been visiting this place on multiple occasions. It does not fail to impress me. There are tons of good games and video game consuls and all flavors. I would strongly recommend anyone coming to the store. It is a good store with all the good stuff. The owner is a cool person and will hook you up. I came in here for just random impulse buys because I can’t help it. I love this place and The other store that he owns at Milpitas. I brought my brother in for the first time at this location and of course he bought a cool video game from the PlayStation4. I got a couple games myself totally worth it.

I picked up a copy of Final Fantasy VII for the original PlayStation (with manual and discs perfectly intact on the inside) and it was in great quality. I wanted to use it as a display for one of my FFVII shelves, but felt the case was a little worse for wear.

Let me tell you, these guys over at Save N Continue - I can’t praise their customer service enough. The manager searched high and low for a replacement case to keep it looking beautiful and pristine at no additional cost. No complaints, just determination. He even let me pick which case I wanted just to ensure there were no smudges, scratches, or blemishes, and he meticulously put it back together, keeping it looking fresh. I genuinely wanted to tip the shop but they were so humble, and politely declined.

If you’re not just a retro gamer, but also a collector, let me tell you — these guys take care of you 1000%. You can tell they’re gamers and collectors at heart, and they’re incredibly friendly. The location is nice and clean. Definitely worth taking a look at if you’re seeking something rare for your retro game collection, or just want to revisit video games from the...
