Stereo Zone — Attraction in Santa Fe Springs

HORRIBLE!! I was shocked after getting into my car! I went to get a simple radio and alarm installed in my Honda and they couldn't even do THAT right. They cracked 2 spots in my center console while installing the radio and went about fixing it with some sloppy, thick black glue! It was the first thing that stood out to me when I got into my car!! I couldn't believe they didn't even WARN me about the damage before I got in! I went to put the radio on and it sounded horrible. No one even took the time to set the settings right! The "extra" alarm features (such as opening the trunk with a push of a button) were not set up and I didn't notice that until the next day because I left so annoyed. I also had wires hanging down by my gas/brake petal from sloppy work. UGH.

P.S. When I pulled up to the shop the next day to ask them to "fix" their damage, I kid you not, there was 2 other people ahead of me COMPLAINING of similar damage!!! To make it worse they told us the owner only comes in once a week (Sundays) and there was nothing they could do except offer a discount on our next purchase!! LOL Are you kidding? I would NEVER waste another dime here!!

I took my car on 09/20 early morning 11:00 am for installation of tail bumper lights and interior dim lighting. I was told car would be ready by 2:00 pm I gave them some extra time and stopped to pick up my car at 4:00 pm car not ready, was told to go back in one hour 5:00 pm not ready 6:00 pm not ready, 7:00 pm car was “ready” I checked to make sure all light came on and found out the lights did not work. I was told to bring the car back next day. I get home notice many scratches by the lights they installed. I took my car back next day they said the light were defective and the installation was done right nothing could be done not a sorry nothing. I made an appointment with an electrical repair shop. They checked the lights and found out they had been installed incorrect. I had to pay for the shop to correct the installation. I went back to let them know about the finding they got a really defensive about their shabby work. They never acknowledged any mistakes, my car now need a...

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They're great when it comes to selling their products and services. Very unprofessional customer service when you go back and question the install.

I had an amplifier installed on my Accord close to closing time. I guess some of the wires were connected wrong so when I went back to question it. They were able to fix the issue which was good, but when I went back into the store to thank the sales person, I saw that he was talking smack about me coming back and asking about the issue. They do offer a lifetime warranty on any work or install that they do on your vehicle, but they sure do not like it when you go back because they did something wrong on the work.

I will definitely never do business there anymore. No customer satisfaction here. I will take my business...
