I must begin by saying that THE ROOMS LOOK NOTHING LIKE ANY OF THE PHOTO'S THEY HAVE POSTED ON TRAVEL BOOKING WEBSITE'S under title 'Standard Room'. Those rooms, as you see yourselves; look renovated/remodeled. I showed her one of those photos on the website I booked on, and asked her for that room type, since that photo is of their room type called STANDARD ROOM. She said it IS standard, but seconds later said it's only the suites, then changed her mind and said those are the king bed rooms, and then she consulted with her husband off to the unseen side for a few seconds then told me i would have to pay $20 more. So since they're in willful violation of Fraudulent Misrepresentation, Bait And Switch, and Consumer Fraud - by showing those photos with the room type title of 'STANDARD ROOM', which is the room I booked; perhaps I should report them to the State Attorney General to lose their motel business license. ||||Her response should have been honoring her advertised listing and giving me the room look that's advertised/shown. That's what attracted me to book and what I therefore paid for.||||2. Rita of the check in window (there is no lobby of any kind) intentionally invaded my privacy by literally going through my items in my delivery bags that driver delivered from a website! As I just got out of the shower with hair wet, and i only have on a towel; I saw and heard her going through my property immediately after I heard the delivery driver sit my bags down in front of door. Rita whispered to him after he sat then there.||||3. Rita scared me by disturbing me, despite her and her husband confirming at check in that they nor the housekeepers will NOT disturb during my stay at all. She knocked on door after she finished going through my groceries. Furthermore, I informed her and her husband at check in that I will be ordering delivery this evening, and, she knows that delivery apps and websites NOTIFY THE RECIPIENT that the delivery has been completed. So she had no business at my door with the driver nor then to scare the crap out of me and annoy me by knocking, and here it is in the delivery instructions online, I told the driver NOT to knock. Moreover, plastic bags are easily heard as they're being handled and placed in front of motel/hotel doors. I guess Rita thinks I'm an idiot and that I was kidding about DO NOT DISTURB. Her husband at check in, said he was bringing me a DND decal to hang on doorknob, but he has not done so. Don't say you're sorry after you intentionally disrespect your guest; you knew what you were doing is wrong.||||What Rita did is a violation of privacy, a Violation Of Reasonable Expectation of Privacy, disrespectful, creepy disturbing, upsetting, rude, invasive, and pissed me off!||||4. THE DRIVER HONORS MY REQUEST AS ALWAYS (at home, at hotels, at motels, at work, etc, etc), TO NOT KNOCK as the notification of the delivery is seen on my phone. Surely nobody else is supposed to knock. So why in the hll is Rita knocking!?! So much for the peaceful smooth positive delivery that could have and should have happened and that I was looking forward to!!! And DO NOT DISTURB means no knocking/entering/calling, etc, etc. ||||5. The rooms have no face towels. When I realized that,bi asked her husband; he said they don't ever have any for guests. I asked the housekeeper, she said she's never seen any provided at all. Rita's husband told me to use a hand towel (a medium sized towel) to wash my face and body. I told him the obvious; that that's too big. I asked him what the guests use, he said the hand towels. I asked him if it's okay that I cut one in half. He had Rita bring me two face towels. ||||➡️[Google]||6. The rooms have no coffee makers. So i had to buy one to be delivered; which is one of my items her nosy self inspected at my door. I'll have to find a way to return it after check out, for refund. ||||7. The rooms have no blow dryer, no luggage rack, no closet space nor obviously no hangers, no iron and ironing board. ||||8. No rooms have a bathtub; despite the travel websites showing tubs and showers and verbalizing in the amenities lists that is shown, that some rooms have tubs. Therefore this motel is false advertising. ||||9. She received my Special Requests with the booking confirmation email the travel website sent to her. And then confirmed with me upon my arrival, that she did. Yet she still wasted my valuable time and energy (as I'm extremely tired and meant to arrive at 11am for check in as I do at all motels and hotels) telling me to go look at a 1st floor room. ||||In both rooms.....Water only gets luke warm, furniture is stained, soiled and old, off object on sink, freezer overfilled with ice pile, leaving no room for items that need to be or remain frozen. No ice machine. No telephone's. Some light switches don't work. Fridge in other room not even plugged in. Disgusting shower curtain I took down and had them bring a new one. ||||➡️[Yelp part 2]:||Towels are stained. Pillows are empty-ish and lumpy instead of quality pillows (large soft, melting firm, forming). Lighting is bright white, instead of soft cozy (yellow). No guest laundry room. No lamps. No black out curtains, so 'hello sunshine' when trying to sleep during morning/day. No door latch lock; therefore people can open it all the way, and enter. No clock radio. ||||Yet, they have the audacity to demand a $30 security deposit. Extremely insulting and unnecessary. I am never asked for security deposits unless I'm at a 5-star HOtel and sometimes the persons checking me in will wave it. ||||All despite my special requests beginning with the statement "....your cleanest most comfortable room" and despite me telling her upon my arrival that I'd like the top flr room that's known to be the cleanest and most comfortable, that guests have raved about. ||||10. I told Rita that I need rest; yet she put the loud mouths talk forever couple next to me, who happened to arrive when I did. The walls are thin, which makes that worse.||||11. They boast of providing complimentary bottled waters, on each travel websites. But they have not offered me any, nor are there any in the rooms.||||12. I have not layed down yet. Hopefully they don't behave bedbugs nor any other kind. I will update this Review, regardless. The rooms have no coffee makers. So i had to buy one to be delivered; which is one of my items her nosy self inspected at my door. I'll have to find a way to return it after check out, for refund.
