This place should really only get one star but they offloaded me pretty fast so they get 2.

Where do I start! 5:00 a.m. appointment. Pull up at 4:00 a.m. and the guard at the guard shack told me that I was way too early? Told him my appointment was at 5:00 and he gave me a really bad attitude. I kept calm and asked him if he could please check again. He gave me yet another attitude and said that the workers to unload the product that I'm carrying won't be there until 8:00 a.m. he tells me to come back at 8:00 a.m. but then proceeds to tell me that I have the wrong PO and that I need to get in contact with my dispatcher and have that corrected before I return. Call the dispatcher and he said there is no issue with my PO. So I returned at 8:00 a.m. and a new guard had just started in his shift. He proceeds to tell me that I should have been there at 5:00 a.m. and now I'm late. I told him the situation and he gave me a door anyways. The supervisor comes out and tells me that I'm late. I explained the situation to him as well. Supervisors name is Dave and he's starting to give me a bad attitude because he said he's been waiting on me since 5:00 a.m. I told him that's not my fault that he needs to check his guard in the morning. Long story short, Dave is giving me a really bad attitude the whole time because he's assuming that it's my fault I'm late. Apart from all that, there's no parking in the street. Minimum room to dock but not impossible. Don't show up more than an hour early because they will not let you in. And if you have the same guard that I had please double-check your paperwork and if he says you are too early ask for his supervisor. That guy screwed up...

This place is the worst I got here around 430 am had to go park on the street till they call me so I get the cal I get a door and another truck was backing a dock im at the dock tell me why he left out before me and they still wasn't on the BK of the trailer so I sat and it's way after 6 still not on the BK of the trailer 2 other trucks are here I see the guys on the forklift and they unloading the other truck this is a race thing trust me I'm blk and a female and this isn't right so be careful coming here and the girl and the checkin is a piece of...

This place is do tight on dry load dock guys are good u have to be any come delivered the load pay lumper fees soo tell broker before u check In here trouble wearhouse tight docks they unloading time 3.4.hour waste time.lots of Here 😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨 Do not pickup the broker load xpo & RXO they don't reply your email and lumper fees pay not faster I waste hole day here bad broker bad company receiving 😑...
