It is a small park with one baseball field and a basketball court. There is some free parking also and a children's play area. Restrooms are available. See The main park is not levelled. It may have been designed to look like rolling hills but, actually, it is bumpy, uneven and crooked. When it rains, the field, parking lot and basketball court get flooded with stagnant water because it lacks proper drainage. There is a track/ wsljway along the periphery which seems to be used a lot by dog walkers.
There are some nice big mature eucalyptus trees in the park and a breeze bicycle stand near the entrance. West end of the park is not good because it seems to get dirty dust from adjacent city of santa Monica's trash recycling center.. previously it used to he called Stewart Park. Summer time this park hosts jazz music on Sundays for eight to...

And my kid fractured his wrist falling of the monkey bars cause the cork flooring at the playground might as well be concrete. Looks like a decent area for playing basketball though. Not good...

Maybe that's why there are no picnic tables here. Who could eat with that stink? FYI, yes, there are bathrooms....and yes there are homeless...
