Finley Community Center: Santa Rosa Recreation & Parks — Attraction in Santa Rosa

been here a couple of times since I am a coordinator for private events. In most cases I would not take time to comment on horrible service from an agency however, yesterday when I went to reserve a spot at a local park the Hispanic women was just judgemental attitude. First of all I was not aware of the fact that they were not affiliated with this park, instead of being courteous and direct me to the appropriate place to contact, she just sat there with an unpleasant facial expression staring at me. I had to ask her after she blatantly said NO WE DON’T DEAL with that park, I said ok well do you happen to know who’s does and once again She responded very vague with a “yea” but that was it she didn’t bother to give me name or phone number or whom to contact, it was after the fact that a lady that was sitting behind her responded to my question and gave me the number and place and at the end of it as I am walking away irritated the Hispanic girl says “by the way there won’t be any reservations taken for the rest of the summer” I was so taken back that I dont think I have ever felt this annoyed by customer service!!! Suggestions: Girl you need to change that attitude before it...

This is an important & critical community center that deserves our full & complete support!! Their excellent staff is consistently warm, friendly & helpful. They provide vital services to a broad spectrum of our community's residents. From seniors to scouts, from stamp collectors to artists & crafters, this is an ideal place to hold your meetings & get togethers!! Finley Community Center has uniquely beautiful architecture that serves well for events and has pools that make swimming enjoyable for all ages.
