I've been here twice and have been to 4 parts - the arcade, the trampoline room, the slushee bar, and the sports bar/restaurant.
The arcade is fairly large with a lot of games that the kids were excited about, but about 50% of the games are not working. I tried to capture all of the red lights, but I know there were several I missed. Some of the games didn't even have the red light, but they still didn't work or were partially broken. I am confident that there were a few games that took the money off of the card, but we didn't get to play the game due to it malfunctioning. The prizes are limited and of poor quality/high ticket price (although I know this is fairly typical for places like this).
The trampoline room is fun and the kids loved it. It's a large room and was packed with kids on a Saturday night.
The slushee bar slushees are tasty and of course, the kids loved them. They also have coffee, teas, and even alcoholic slushees for the adults.
The attached restaurant/sports bar has gone downhill according to my parents, who have been a few times more than I have. It took about 10/15 minutes for someone to come take our order, and my drink took about 20 minutes to make. Both times I've been there, only about 30% of the items I order are actually good. This most recent time, I ordered the chicken Caesar salad, which the waitress raved about, only to taste really bad, I couldn't even finish it. The chicken tasted like it had been frozen and was full of cartilage/crunchy bits and the dressing was bland. The onion rings were really good though! You can really taste the beer in the batter, and the sauce that comes with them was tasty. My drink (Cherry Whiskey Sour) was mediocre and watery.
All of the staff we've interacted with were extremely helpful and pleasant. 5 stars for the people who work at Epicenter! I just think it's a little mismanaged and...
Read moreI recently visited Epicenter Bowling Alley to celebrate my son’s birthday with my family, and unfortunately, what should have been a fun and memorable experience turned into a frustrating ordeal due to poor service and unprofessional management.
Our issues began when we were given the wrong shoe sizes, and it took 15 minutes for the clerk to return and exchange them, despite us having paid for an hour of bowling. The clerk apologized for the delay and assured us that we would be able to finish our game despite the lost time. However, just two rounds before completing our game, the timer ran out, and when I requested additional time to finish, I was told “no” without further explanation.
When I approached the manager, John, to discuss the situation, I was met with rudeness and dismissal. Despite explaining the delays and how they affected our experience, he refused to offer a full refund or any meaningful compensation. What was most troubling was that when I mentioned I planned to leave a review based on this experience, he claimed that my intention to leave a review was a “threat.” This response made me question why he would feel threatened by an honest review unless he was aware of the poor service we received.
Overall, our visit to Epicenter Bowling Alley was disappointing and stressful, especially on what should have been a special day for my son. The dismissive attitude and lack of accountability from the management were unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to others, and I certainly will not be returning. There are better options in the area that offer superior service and respect for...
Read morePurchased a 30 minute jump and socks at 4:38pm. To my surprise, at 5:00pm my child told me the session was finished. Your facility is running a scam and taking advantage of people. If you are offering jump sessions starting at 30 minute increments then that is what you should be honoring. You mandate that a customer has to buy your socks then how do you all set high expectations. Magically, do the socks just appear on their feet. No first, they have to walk 100ft to take their shoes off and then dress their feet in the socks that have been purchased and then they finally get to start their session to jump.
Its a principle, you sell something-you should honor what you are selling. Not in this case and maybe others as well! Ethically, its wrong and you are scamming people out of what they purchased.

In no way, did you honor 30 minutes of jump time. If I purchased this at 4:38, walked over to jump area, applied mandatory socks(wishful thinking, if total jump time was a total of 15 minutes), and then asked to exit by 5:00pm.
Unethical way to...
