If I could give negative stars I would. Booked a party and gave a 75 dollar deposit over the phone. The young girl I spoke to told me not to worry, the deposit is discounted from the final price at the end. I then go in the day of my party and the young man at the counter tells me "no, sorry for the misinformation but the deposit will actually be refunded to your card" so I paid the full amount expecting my deposit. I asked him how long it would take and he said I would see it in 2 days (that was July 9th). Today (7/17) I called because my deposit has not been refunded and I got the same guy. He said that's strange let me call my manager. The guy calls me back and said "oh I apologize again as I was wrong, my boss says $75 is additional " soo by this time I'm pretty upset that none of the employees seems to have the right information and I ask to speak to a manager. The guy tells me ok she will call you in 20 min. After waiting he calls me back to tell me his manager is on vacation and will call me Friday. Soo you mean to tell me she took that call from her employee twice but a customer who paid over $400 dollars is not important until she can get around to it??!!!! I am soo upset at the customer service and professionalism of this place! I will also add that I too manage a very well known establishment here in sonoma county. I take those escalations from my Team members and I make it right! Shame on you Pump it Up. We will not be back again & I will make sure everyone knows the poor...
Read moreA Fun Spot for Kids, But Could Use Some Parent-Friendly Improvements
I recently visited Pump it Up in Santa Rosa with my kids, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that all the kids had a great time and were safe.
I would love to see an extra hour on Wednesdays schedule when Santa Rosa city schools finish an hour early. Extending the hours on this day would be beneficial for families in the area.
While the kids had a blast, I couldn't help but notice that there weren't many options for parents to relax and enjoy themselves. The lack of benches, tables, and outdoor seating made it challenging for parents to socialize or get work done while their kids played. The indoor space was quite loud, and the air conditioning wasn't ideal for those not actively jumping around.
So having more parent-friendly amenities, such as outdoor seating or a designated parent area, would greatly enhance the overall experience. Just a comfortable space to unwind while still keeping an eye on the kids.
Despite these suggestions for improvement, my kids absolutely loved Pump It Up. It's a fantastic way for them to burn off energy and have fun. With some adjustments to cater to parents' needs, I'm sure we would visit more frequently and make it a regular hangout spot for both kids and...
Read moreI've had several birthday parties here for my kids and it's ALWAYS a great time! half the price of rebounders and you get entire place to yourself. WAY BETTER DEAL! on top of that the staff is amazing. the assistant manager is fantastic and has done a great job with my last 2 parties. in July I had a nerf gun party and they were great about finding all the darts before we had to go in for pizza and cake, it was a lot of fun. last November my son who has special needs (autistic) had his party there (the second time he wanted his party there) and all his special needs friends came and they all had a wonderful time. I HIGHLY recommend scheduling a party there.
and their free jump time is awesome especially since parents jump free and each...
