Mi Tierra Restaurant - Airway Drive — Restaurant in Santa Rosa

Very poor customer service. I had a buy five super burrito and get a 6th free rewards card that was denied. I went out of my way for a Mi Tierra super burrito today to use this card. I had four stamps on the card and dined in for my fifth. I went up to the counter to pay and also order my reward sixth burrito for takeaway and the lady told me no and she wouldn’t honor it. At first she tried to tell me it was for another establishment, but not until I had said I’ve gotten all these stamps here she then admitted that it’s just too old and she doesn’t want to accept it. Taking care of your customers should be priority one. I go here often but admittedly seldom get burritos because they’re not my go to spot for that meal, but I had this rewards card (with no expiration mind you) and I thought I should use this thing up. Store bought chips were not good. Asked for the hotest sauce they had, which seemed to be less hot then mild. Asked for fried corn tortilla tacos and got a pre-made shells like taco bell uses. To add insult to injury, my taco was put in the same to go container as my chili relleno that was covered in wet sauce, making the taco shell pure mush. The rice and refried beans were good, but they didn't give us any to go utensils. Thus, I tried to eat my mushy taco, and chili relleno with my fingers, which was nasty and damn near impossible. At least I was able to use the store bought chips for scooping up beans and rice to eat. Kind of like a person in a third world country. Our go-to for dinner and lunch, even when we have guests in town who just want a relaxed dinner that we don't have to get dressed up for. Great food, good portions (I usually have leftovers, even with just my super burrito), folks working there are always pleasant. Call in a burrito and it's ready in about 5 minutes so great for a busy work day. Burrito punch card too. Their dishes are good as well, including the enchiladas, tacos, carnitas, asada, etc. Only area for improvement would be that SOMETIMES when they give chips to go, they could be a little fresher as they seem to have been made earlier in the day.
