Sonoma Valley Estate Sales — Attraction in Santa Rosa

I absolutely love, I mean love love love Sonoma Valley Estate sales! I only wish I had written a review much sooner! I have been going to Sonoma Valley Estate Sales for a couple of years now and I think they are the cats meow! I rarely write reviews unless something can't be ignored. The owner Rochele is the best in Sonoma County! I'm kind of a pack rat and Rochele and I have gotten to know each other pretty well. She always takes the time to be helpful and appreciative. The customer service by the entire staff is so inviting and helpful its part of the reason I go to these sales! There's always a great atmosphere and the people shopping seemed to be having a great time. I know this can be a tough business and every situation is different and from what I've seen in the last few years she will do what it takes to make you happy, she's such a good person, I hope Rochele and her competent staff reap the rewards from all their hard work! I can't wait until the next sale!

This company was recommended by our real estate agent. We were told it would take 2 weeks to organize the sale. It took 4 weeks. The sale profited over $25,000, so we were supposed to get 65% of the profit. We ended up getting under $11,000 because they added additional fees for this and that. After the sale, they cleared the house. The contract states that they would attempt to sale remaining items by auction or online sale sites. They were unsuccessful at that, and ended up bringing all of these items to my house for me to deal with. As I am going through the items, there is a lot of things that are damaged. Artwork frames are scratched up, large Artwork is falling out of the frame, native artifacts are damaged, missing pieces, etc. They had the nerve to tell me that , "They didn't make a dime on the sale". Would not recommend...

From start to finish Sonoma Valley Estate sales is five stars! Rachelle was communicative, competent and creative in her set up of our 4 bedroom home estate sale. Even during a terrible storm, her advertising brought in hundreds. Her staff is friendly, helpful and totally controlled the traffic and attendance on our small country road in Sebastopol. She even went above and beyond fixing our storm damaged road from all the vehicles that drove down it that weekend. They completely cleaned out our home and it was a seamless experience.
