El Roy’s Express Mex — Restaurant in Santa Rosa

This El Roy’s truck has the worst customer service. Our work is close by so that’s the only reason we gave them so many chances and thought maybe we were getting them on their off days. Every single time they mess up our order even after going over it multiple times and we always end up with missing food and then have to pay again. for the rest but they never give a receipt. One of the days we had ordered from here my brother went and they couldn’t figure out what he was trying to order so my partner went to translate only for the order to still come out wrong and while my brother was waiting on him the lady taking his order called him fat thinking he didn’t understand her. I don’t understand how this truck is still open. We’ve never had issues at the other truck across from dunkin, sebatapol road, or the ones in petaluma. I hope their new restaurant has better employees...

El roys is by far the best taco truck! #1 super burrito asada..their asada is so flavorful. I've been there many many times and no fatty nasty pieces of meat. Their burritos just have the perfect fusion of refried beans, rice, asada, guacamole and sour cream! Oh and their red salsa is also #1 in the COUNTRY! Yes I said country!. They do a great job on with the shrimp burrito. The shrimp tacos and burritos are a specialty. They have an excellent selection of food and all of their food is made fresh. They can service large crowds fast. The staff does their best provided the circumstances and the high volume. If you need to eat there you are exposed to the elements because of the outdoor setting.
