Big shout out to the gentleman that took care of me there the first trip, great guy and lucky to have an employee so honest and good harted. Not only did he give my a Reasonable Deal on two Pieces of merchandise but I lost my phone And he was good enough to answer it and let a friend know that it was left At the store s22 ultra there is still good people. Unfortunately the merchandise that I bought one of them had a hole in it from the manufacturer. Bread it back that Next morning because they were closed Shortly after buying. I'm assuming It was the owner because You tell me he made decisions around there. I told him what I purchased. He was in a very found mood because nothing was working his card machine was Down And his attitude and look on his face was just the opposite of what you would expect from an owner of a business. They did not have the merchandise that I bought So they could not just give the exact thing that I bought so they told me to pick something out. I picked something out that was similar In every way the tag on it was the About $30 higher so so I was expecting to pay that unfortunately. They charged me $90 because of the deal that they gave me for buying To apparently resolved the table. So I went in to around a $150? On 2. Pieces? Of merchandise and I. Was able to Do so until I had to return one ended up Costing me over $240. The worst part about it was the manager did not say thank you. Also looks like they have a nice selection of what they carry, but it should be mentioned to call if you have a specific brand of item you are looking for, as they carry zero Limitless products, for vaping. As for the rest of the vape related stuff, I am not an avid vaper, so I don't know anything about the brands, just what I learned of the product I had for a friend, due to PTSD and neck injuries, So no statements on if they have anything good. I used to really like coming here but as of this past year of new management its just been terrible. What happened to john? He was the best at his job and really loved his people, made good deals and established relationships with customers. This new lady is actually insane for her prices, charging almost double to 3x on some things. Complete fraud!! She's also never in for anyone to ask her about deals so its just unfortunate how much this business has gone down. I feel like it used to be poppin and now I barely see anyone in the store. I also miss the original crew, Travis, Lucas, and Hannah the piercing girl. They were all so chill and actually seemed to be happy to see their regulars.
