Mazzio’s Pizza & Wings — Restaurant in Sapulpa

I have not been to Mazzio‘s in a long time partially due to the pandemic. We decided to try them out because I am on the Mazzio‘s rewards club and I had received a free pizza for my birthday. We stood in line for over five minutes watching as several employees passed us by without acknowledging us. We also saw an employee throwing pizza dough in the air drop it on the floorAnd pick it back up. I cannot say if he continue to use it or not. When someone finally did come to provide service, she did not know how to process the coupon and made us wait an additional five minutes as she would walk back-and-forth from the front of the store to the back in the kitchen of presumably to speak to a manager. The main reason we decided to go was to try their salad bar which we usually really enjoy. Well I haven't ate at this one in years and I can tell you I didn't miss anything. Came in for the Tuesday night buffet on 5-3-16 at 6:05pm, upon entering there were 9 dirty tables covered with plates and forced us to sit in a booth, which we hate doing when we have the kids. When going to get pizza the selection was all at least an hour old because it was cold and under a heat lamp. It is now 6:42, they have moved some of the dirty plates so people could actually sit down now, still no pizza has been brought out and selection is limited almost the equivalent to 2 medium size pizzas for 14 people currently in the restaurant. Dani has made an attempt to clean the tables and Madison looked like her dog had been shot when Dani asked for help clearing tables. It is now 6:46 and I'm giving up and leaving. I love Mazzios pizza, but the Mazzios in Sapulpa sure let me down this time. I wanted a salad but the food on the salad bar was old and looked dried out. Brown lettuce and all. The bar wasn't taken care of in several hours. I ordered the triple play and waited for my kids to show up. They were speedy on getting our food out but never once did the waitress come back to refill our glasses. I looked around and there was only one couple that came in after me and they never got waited on So they left. The boothes were dirty.
