I have eaten here many times when it was called Patriot Grill. I was asked if the menu had changed when it became Patriot Cafe and I said I didn't know because I wanted to wait awhile and come back and see if there were changes. What was on the menu is the same but now they have more than the little paper take home menu. They have what most restaurants use as menus. Maybe some day there will be changes. 04/06/2017.
0/07/2017 Today is a new day and I am not at Patriot Cafe, I am at Nabozny's Auto Electric to have the air conditioning of the car worked on there is a noise in the blower. Nabozny's is right across the street from Patriot Cafe. The Google Search rate and review hasn't asked me to rate Nabozny's. Google has junk food on the brain.
08/10/2017. Today I am having the low carb bratwurst meal. I know I like it. I have had it before.
08/16/2017. Today I had the low carb catfish. I had the two pieces, they have up to three pieces and the pieces are small. It comes with small pieces of dill pickles and some raw onions and a small amount of lettuce. You can have your choice of lemon pepper or Cajun catfish. It was...
Read moreGood food, prices vary wildly, there is a sub-$5 1/4lb burger and a $15 1lb burger, and everything in between. So you can definitely eat on a budget here, tho several items definitely cost more than the national average abs that's a -1 star for this style of restaurant (cafe). I almost rated it 3 stars because of the decor. This place clashes wildly too. For any of you who have ever hung out at an American Legion post, imagine taking that dull budget conscious decor, mixing it with seating and tables from a 1960s cafe, and then a storefront wall made of brick which looks very homely. Each design would have been fine for their food style, but you need to have picked between the three. The only reason you didn't lose a star for this is because of your support for Jesus. Thankss for the excellent service too, I could have fell in love and married any one of your servers, they are really good heated lovable girls, this town kept a lot of what most of America should never have thrown away. Oh yeah and one last thing, being a classic style burger joint, by a shake...
Read moreI got the big burger and fries I made it a double. Very good burger. I got what I paid for. If you go away hungry from that place. Its your own fault. The prices are about on par with any other burger joint I've entered. I paid 10 bucks for my burger, but it was a pound of meat on a bun. And they don't skimp on the toppings eather. Fries are kinda have a spice to them. Not hot. Kinda like cutlet fries from arbys but a whole lot better. Bottomless glass of soda. Kind of busy but not busting at the seams. They have tables big enough for a family of 8 or just one person. Not many booths. They have some, but tables mostly. Everything is done electronic notepad on your order. So as soon as you order it the kitchen has it. Took maybe ten minutes for food. Nice and hot. Daycore is very patriotic/ red neck...they even have a sighn that in the bathroom that's explains how to notice you are in red neck civilization...lol...if you want quiet. Go somewhere else this isn't the place. Lots of people talking enjoying good...
