I went to JF on Wednesday evening with a group of friends(5 of us total). We jumped for a little over an hour and had problems with staff members almost as soon as we walked into the main area. After seeing people just vacate it, we asked to use the rock wall and were met with two young male staff members bickering over who "had to do it" because they were "on base" and "didn't want to". Poor supervision there overall, as one of my friends fell off the wall and bruised her arm up pretty bad.We asked to use the gyro-ball, and were told no because it was closed; which would have been fine had it not been tremendously clear the kid just didn't wanna turn it on and watch us. After those incidents, we moved to the main jumping area only to realize after a while that not one staff member was present and supervising us. Granted, we were all over the age of 20 and know how to follow rules/take care of ourselves, but I feel like supervision should have been provided regardless. Instead, all 4 members on the floor were in the foam pit area doing god knows what, while we did the same in the main jumping area. I ended up falling on one jump and seriously injuring my leg which I'm now facing surgery to correct, and my friends had to scream for a staff member to come over. Once the manager arrived, he was very blunt and rude; and I even distinctly remember the words "You couldn't have waited 8 more minutes?" come out of his mouth in regards to getting hurt, as the facility closed at 8pm and I was injured at around 7:50pm. None of my friends were very thrilled to deal with the manager, as the things he was saying were very ill-informed that could have really scared another person about their injuries, and he was rather rude as I stated before. They quickly asked me my information and rushed me out the door after being asked numerous times in short period if someone was driving me or if he needed to call an ambulance. Which sounds caring, but the tone of voice used proved otherwise. Jumpin Fun was overall a really fun place with a great concept, but their staff could use some better customer service skills. I highly recommend extreme supervision if you intend to take your children there, because trust me when I say the staff won't be watching them. Getting hurt there was a complete accident, but after the attention and attitudes we received during our entire visit, I for one can say I won't...

Bought two Groupons for a one hour pass with socks for my 3 year old grand daughter. For our first visit , I think she was a bit overwhelmed but she enjoyed it. With all the cracy big kids running and jumping without boundaries or rules, its no place for a tiny toddler to play unattended in fear of getting ran into or knocked down .

I think hecwas a manager or owner maybe, he was nice to give me a pair of socks and a “ spectator” wrist band so I could walk around and supervise her. I wish they had areas that parents could sit and watch your children and have quick access to them if nevessary . Seems like most parehts sit in the lounge chairs on their phones and hope for the best that their child wont head butt another running without caution. The staff is made up of young high school or college kids. They pretty much just stand around in different areas but I dont think they know how to “ supervise “ play that is safe . The day I was there , three boys were being so obnoxious and rough especially near my grand daughter , many times they almost ran into her, cut in front of her . While the moms sat chatting . I didn’t see them look up once.

Their food and snacks are so overpriced. Almost 7$ for two cans of soda .

A week later, The second visit, the froht desk guy told me there was no longer “ spectator entrance without a pareht fee of $9.95 just yo watch my granddaughter so she doesn’t get hurt, He said there was alot of people taking advantage. He did allow me in with my grand daughter. I guess I didn’t look like the type yo bounce all over the place. But there is no way Id let a small child to fend for herself in there. I didht really look at their website to know if they have a toddler time . They fo have one small nounce area gir small children. But not enough to keep them entertained.

its a great concept, but I think they need to do some housekeeping to make it fun for all ages . I’m definitely not a Karen looking to complain about a business. But I was there two weeks back to back and I felt the same about...

Originally we saw this place and decided to check it out but we weren't quite happy with the staff overcharging for everything. At first, the staffed tried to charge my son, who is 5 years old, adult admission. I quickly corrected them and politely explained since he is 5, it would be X amount and not Y amount. Next came the overpriced socks. We brought gripped socks(made out of the same material their socks are made from) but we were not allowed to use them. Their reasoning was "safety" and our socks would damaged their inflatable. Let me clarify, the grip under the both socks were made out of the same silicone/rubber material and both socks were cotton materials as well. Apart from the brief explanation " yours will damage our inflatable where ours $4 ones will not" no other reasoning was provided. Well whatever, just let it go and paid the $4 socks. It wasn't really worth getting worked up over it, we were here so my son could play. Finally we get all checked out and go inside. Upon entering the inflatables we were told we are not allowed to go in and watch our son while he plays. I believe this is where it became extremely unfair. We weren't going to jump or do anything. We just needed to keep an eye on our son, who is on the spectrum and doesnt understand things in his surroundings. However staff would not allow us in unless we buy their socks for us now(again we weren't jumping so any regular grip socks would have been fine to avoid slips while walking). In the end I had to paid $10 admissoon fee just to observe and keep an eye on our autistic son while he played as well as another pair of 4 dollar socks. In the end we felt quite ripped off. I never been anywhere where I've had to pay extra just to keep an eye on my 5 year old son whom isn't at the same level as others around him. I would have been OK if I just had to pay for their socks again but i was required to...
