Bad communication throughout transaction. The owner thinks he's pretty sharp promised things that never happened. Audiogon ad stated manual included manual never came with unit. He blamed Audiogon for the mistake, but he placed the ad. I would never do business with Suncoast Audio or playitagainaudio. The only good that came out of it is the Esoteric K1 a great player. It as found a home in my second system for sure. The power cord was a trade off because you said you didn't have a manual which your ad clearly states. Maybe having someone that is literate to review the ads might make sense? Costumer service awful owner even worst!! The only thing right he states was that the power cord was not included. The Esoteric factory power cord was promised Instead of the MANUAL (which is in the AD) he sends an Amazon power cord that MR. bigwig spent $5.00 on. WOW A $30K player and a $5.00 cord that's taking care of business!!!! YOU...

The experience here was absolutely incredible. This is truly the only audiophile store of its kind anywhere in the area. I went into this store with only a superficial knowledge of audio and a good understanding of electronics, and the store rep Mike spoke with me for over an hour, giving me more information than weeks on forums, and managing to answer even the deep electrical-theory based questions I had perfectly. This store is amazing, and I can't recommend them enough. I'm looking forward to shopping here again in the future.
