Nathan Benderson Park — Attraction in Sarasota

This park has been a great addition to the Sarasota community for family, recreation, and sports. There is about a 2 mile walking loop that is paved and encircles the large lake, which is used for rowing competitions, Dogs are allowed on their leash and also there is an off trail for the conscientious dog walker that wants a little nature. Among many people walking, strolling and riding their bikes throughout the day it never feels overcrowded.
