My inkling is to give this establishment one star, but there was one bright spot at the end of this review that got them a star back.
First off, the staff making the beverages are so slow and so poorly trained it is astounding. I have never seen such a poorly organized coffee shop. They seem to have no training whatsoever and were trying to move slow despite a long line.
Rather that taking in orders both by how complicated they are and when they come in, they just put together one order at a time. There was literally an order for four ice waters and it took two the girls behind the counter over a minute to get it together: the level of incompetence is amazing. I blame management for the poor training, not the staff. Decompressing the volume waiting has to take more precedence and there are better ways then FIFO.
The one bright spot was the Cashier Haven, who tried to decompress the crowd and tried to manage the beverage service and production simultaneously, even though it was not their Job. Haven also was smiling and tried to exude good customer service, unlike the drink prepares who seemed sad.
Then after waiting 25 minutes for a simple black coffee, it arrives and tastes okay. A tad watered down

First time I went with my entire family, four of us. Ordering to getting our drinks took over 35 minutes which is just too long for a coffee shop. The staff was moving in slow motion, only two girls were actually working, one at the register and one making drinks. There were two other girls just staring off into space for some reason and not helping at all. The staff just whispers for some reason while they take your order and announce when itâs ready. Coffee was ok not spectacular and definitely not worth the wait. Second time was today my wife was grocery shopping and I went to get us coffees while she finished up. There was 4 people in front of me and 3 people working behind the counter. I was in line for 15 minutes and did not move up before my wife had finished and I just left without even placing my order. Again one girl taking orders, one gentlemen making drinks, and one girl staring off into space not doing anything. Support other coffee shops in the area they clearly...
   Read moreI drove 25 min to go to Foxtails for coffee for my husband and me. After placing the order for the 2 beverages I was advised, âJust so you know we donât have lids.â (Un, what, you are a coffee shop)đ¤Ż. I said maybe lead with that before ringing it up - and having to void it. I am not driving with hot beverages with no lids over speed bumps and traffic to only have to clean my car. Two owner/manager sitting having coffee- and one said âWell Cisco has been out of lids for 2 weeks.â Um , how about lead with honesty and put on instagram we only have coffee for in shop, we have no lids to take it.â The other manager went to the truck to see if he could find a sleeve of lids- he never returned, so I guess that was the answer. Although I like their coffee- its not worth 25 min of my time to drive there and then have to drive someplace else to get coffee I can take in my car and take home to my husband who is working. This is my second experience with them not being transparent- prior they were out of mocha for many weeks. Seems like they should start working with vendors who actually have items needed to run...
