This place has real craftsman working for them and excellent customer service. I really did my research when picking out my bathroom countertops and installers since I wanted specialized custom countertops. I had spent a fortune on my all marble bathroom shower and didn’t want to skimp on the countertops. I got double thick countertops with a waterfall edge. You cannot see the seam on the edge of the countertop and it looks AWESOME! And instead of 90 degree angle L shaped vanity I switched it up too. The waterfall on the side looks gorgeous!! I am soo happy we decided on doing the waterfall. I can’t imagine it without it. I wish I did that in my kitchen. The top of the countertop did also need a seam. I wanted the seam in the middle of the sink but with the layout of the countertop I was not able to have it that way. I was nervous about it being in the middle but that also looks great!! They definitely sent a skilled person to do the job. I am soo happy with my results and am so glad I did my research and didn’t just hire anyone. I called and visited so many granite places and even called the countertop manufacturers to ask who there favorite installers and fabricators were and they had told me this place and I never even told them I was already looking at them! Five stars all around from every point of the process. And many people see that and recommended them to me and now I can easily see why! Prices are competitive and the same price as anyone else. And to me you get the best work. I honestly don’t think anyone could have make it look any better. It’s perfect! I will definitely go back to them in the future and I would highly recommend then for any of your specialty or regular countertop needs.
My only complaint is that they did not mention it was going to smell so bad after they put them in. When I got home from work the house smelled sooooo bad! I turned on the fans and left them on all night. The exhaust and the regular ones. After one day (i would say 15-20 hours) the...
Read moreDO NOT be fooled by the Google reviews! I was. Counter top issues -Installer cut and mounted guest shower curb transition on wall in master shower for no reason. Then lied about it and said it would still fit with only 1/4” gap on each side which tile would cover. Mounted it and said nothing with gap of 3/4” on each side which doesn’t work. Replacement piece installed now has a seam. -Butchered the inside of new cabinets screwing in scrap wood sticks to glue sinks in instead of properly using the supplied clips. Clips installed on only 1 of 5 sinks/unacceptable including large kitchen sink. Scraps used to glue kitchen sink had to be ripped out since screws were inaccessible damaging cabinet. -Sinks improperly mounted such that there were large gaps between sink and counters. -All 4 bath sinks not caulked in. -Only 1 of 4 Kitchen island pop up outlet holes was the proper 4-3/4” size they were suppose to be. Others vary in size between 4-1/2” to 4-5/8” which outlets do not fit in. I’d purchased the 4-3/4” bits originally for installers to use on this and was told they’d instead take care of it on their CNC. -smashed new entry door threshold with stone slabs. -All attempts to get a manager or the owner to come out and walk through their poor installation were fruitless. It took over 3 weeks to speak to owner as their management refused to allow us to speak with him. He had no interest in seeing what was done or hearing how poorly his business is being run. He was more interested in telling me about his google ratings and how many kitchens they do in a day…. Nearly a month later, their one great installer came in and did the best damage control he could to secure the sinks after the fact, caulk sinks and enlarge island pop ups. Did we wind up with the professional installation we paid for and have the threshold replaced after hours of documenting and dealing with such poor...
Read moreI had an overall great experience with NSS for the selection and installation of quartz countertops in my business. Clarinda was very nice is explaining the costs, process from ordering, templating, cutting and installing. I was pressed for time with having the material installed due to delays in construction and NSS worked with me to have the countertops ready for installation. There are two things I didn’t care for that NSS is upfront about, but it still doesn’t make it right: Charging your customer a 3% convenience fee when using a credit card to pay for the purchase. I understand that merchant services charge businesses fees to process credit card payments, I have them everyday in my business as well. However, it can be a deterrent from using their services and poor customer service practice to do this. I would modify this practice with setting costs appropriately to cover this fee and still ensure that the company is covering their end as well, not putting the charge on the client. Better communication with your installers. I did not appreciate having to wait 3 hours after my set appointment time in a construction site on the day I had to template because no one communicated to me that the installers had an incorrect mobile number for me and they were running behind from another appointment. I had to call NSS office 2x on the same day to relay the information that no one had arrived at the original and modified times so they can reach out to the installers. When the installers arrived to template, they were quick and accurate. I gave them my mobile number directly so that this would not happen again.
Other than those two minor issues, I would work with them again as their pricing was fair and better than Lowes/Home Depot as you are dealing with the direct supplier and distributor and eliminating big box store...
