I grabbed a large drink so that would mean if the coupon only called for a small drink with the Sandwich to get another free Sandwich. Then you up charge me for the larger drink. This location recently hired all new employees and most of them do not have a good understanding of the English language. The woman really shouldn't be taking orders. She has put the wrong items on several customers salads/sandwiches and when you proceed to correct her she just nods her head and moves on without fixing. The worst one was honey mustard instead of yellow mustard on a tuna sandwich in which there was no staff to notify so they could translate to her the problem. I came into this store yesterday, right off the bat I noticed how neat, clean, and organized not only the store, but the two girls behind the counter were absolutely amazing. They were having fun and laughing with the customers. Some of the customers didn't even have to mention what subs they wanted because these girls already knew. That is top customer service and great memory. I highly recommend this location, the girls make it feel like home....
