We got estimates from several painting companies in town, but after meeting Ryan, Southern Painting was the only choice. From the initial call to set up the free estimate to the final walk-through, Southern Painting was clearly superior. Setting up the appointment was easy and the office staff were friendly. Ryan came when he said he would and his estimate was clear, professional and fair. He had a folder that answered many questions and a complete checklist of what we needed to do in order to prepare the interior of our house. A few days before the job started, Ryan called (on a weekend) to let us know when they were coming and to see if we had any questions. The painters came exactly on time all 3 days. They were professional, friendly and incredibly neat. They worked super hard and did everything possible to please us. You could tell they took great pride in their work. They even adjusted our front door that was sticking from before and rehung the living room cornice for us. Both were clearly outside their scope of work, but it was so incredibly appreciated by us. Ryan came each day to check on their progress. After they were done, Ryan did a complete walk-through to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Southern Painting. From start to finish, Ryan was incredibly professional, and the team that painted my home, led by Cesar, was outstanding. Ryan's proposal was the only one that included top-tier paint (Sherwin Williams Emerald) at no extra cost, while most others used a lower-quality option like Super Paint. Additionally, Ryan was the only one to offer two coats of the base color for a minimal charge, whereas others only provided one.

Choosing the right color was a challenge for me, and after seeing the first coat, I realized I had made a mistake. I called Ryan at 8 PM, and he immediately offered to meet me the next morning to help fix it. True to his word, he showed up at 7 AM, and we quickly settled on a new color. By 9 AM, Cesar and his crew were already making the change. My neighbors were amazed at how quickly everything came together.
