The training is decent. Very focused on cardio and not really technique. I wanted to do the class just to see what it was like and with my sister who has taken a few with them. When I signed up for a free trial class I immediately got a call, voice mail and text every day or 2 weeks, telling me I need to sign up for a class ASAP. I responded to one text saying I will call when I find the time in my schedule that best works for me. With that I still continued to receive annoying calls, voicemails and texts about signing up. When I finally did ask to sign up for a class I was told there was no available spot even tho there were 14 spots open when my sister checked. Iāve never written a review about anything before and honestly group classes are something I just do for fun with my sister. I prefer strength training and toning over intense cardio. But I enjoy the occasional group class to test myself. That is why if you like a lot of quick circuit cardio classes this is probs your style. Just expect the tho after they keep pressuring you to sign up for a package of classes for a while. Maybe not every coach/employee is like that but one in particular was...

My husband and I have been going for more than 6 months now and still aren't bored with the workouts! Every week there are different styled workouts that keep your body guessing and your heart rate up! Most classes are HIIT format, with Tuesday and Thursday more focused on Lifting, M,W,F are focused on Cardio, and Saturday is an extended class that keeps you moving on to the next. Saturday's Hollywood class is 27 stations for 40 seconds each and 2 laps - by far the best class.
F is for Functional and 45 is for minutes per class. I love that the exercises don't hurt my body, they help me stay healthy and not injure myself. In 45 minutes I can warm up, workout, and stretch! Being in and out of my workout is important. There are 7 classes a day on weekdays, so guaranteed to fit into my schedule.
I personally feel that anyone could do the workout, no matter your experience. If you're not in shape, this would definitely help you get there (make the class as hard as you want it). Coaches are great and highly encouraging. Look to them and your fellow F45ers for...

I recently suffered a sprained ankle (clumsyā¦what can I say?), and thought Iād need to stop working out (at least temporarily). BUT NO! The trainers really took the time to work with meā¦they developed a personalized, modified workout each and EVERY day. Who does that????
