Batteries Plus Phone Repair — Attraction in Saugus

Had an iphone screen that was shattered and needed to be replaced. They took care of it in a few hours. When i picked it up the guy was really short with us but whatever. As a woman i'm used to dudes thinking I don't know what i'm talking about when it comes to technology (though i later saw he didn't care about the person's sex when i came back the next day). So I didn't really check it thoroughly because i was giving the phone to my partner and honestly just wanted to get out of there. When we got home she noticed a bright light coming through right above the home button - not good. Then i noticed the screen was rough around the edges. Not at all flush with the rest of the phone. Not how I dropped it off. So i called and spoke to a different guy and he knew what was causing the spot and seemed to generally know his stuff and told me to bring it back in. (there's a 180 day warranty so yeah, of course i was gonna!) Dropped it off the next morning and when i picked it up there was some confusion because it wasn't put in the system when i dropped it off. I ended up leaving with my phone but not without being spoken to like i was an idiot by that same guy from the night before. Not until I calmly explained that there was no intake that morning did the pieces start to come together for him and suddenly someone else was the idiot. (whew - dodged that one). The light from the screen was gone but it still wasn't very flush. We decided we didn't care and just threw the case back on it so we didn't have to feel the raised edges. Did they replace the screen? yeah. Does it still work a few weeks later? yeah. Was my experience getting to this point great though? Not really. So 3 stars for doing what I paid for. Would have been better if that screen got put back...

There was a problem with a very important feature after the glass for my phone was replaced and I was stressed about other issues and totally loss my decorum; John was understanding and completely went out of his way to rectify and find the best solution...

John ended up replacing the glass with another one with a different color and it turned out to be a better choice...

I can't say enough about the knowledge and professionalism of the associates who worked with me. They explained the scope of repair to my iPhone and the length of time it would take to repair it. The price they quoted me was the same as the web site stated it would be except they provided me with a $10 discount coupon! The phone was repaired on time. They took the time to answer all my questions and "walk me through" issues I did not completely understand with some of the "settings" of the phone.
