Waste of time. Asked what they would pay on items, he stated prices, I said I would take the price, and he said only all 3 together, he isnt buying individually. Come in another day, tells me what he will pay, its under what I want so I leave. Come back again to take what he offered, said due to the back and forth he is all set. Waste of time, they will offer you less than 70% on liquid items, and then back out on the deal.

Nothing is priced, not even the owner knows the prices of his own items. I was told to wait 4 hours to get prices on the cards I wanted to buy.

Phil, let's set the record straight. I came in with the intention of making a fair deal based on the prices you initially quoted. You and your very compitent and high IQ employees then changed your terms multiple times. It's not unreasonable for a customer to expect consistency and professionalism. The fact that your staff doesn't know the prices is a clear indication of poor management. Your refusal to honor your own offers and your unprofessional response here show exactly how you handle business. To anyone considering this shop, be prepared for a frustrating and unprofessional experience. Just read the reviews. 4.2 on google, 3.1 on facebook. I had many others share a similar experience with me. Whos the problem?

Thanks for your response Phil, the kid working there gave me a price on about 10 slabs and offered me Pennies. Waste of my time. Maybe you don’t try to rip everyone off all the time but this time was utterly ridiculous. If your kids keep that up your 38 year run will be coming to an end.

Phil, wasn’t busy at all. Even if it was how can you let that get in the way of handling business? Just blatant disrespect and thought they would get one over on me.
