Friedman's Framing — Attraction in Savannah

When we were looking to frame our Ketuba (a Jewish marriage license), we knew we wanted higher quality than what we could find at a big box store and are SO glad that we went with Friedman's Framing. They were incredibly patient in explaining the options about different types of glass, made recommendations within our budget, and helped us consider different matte options that complemented the artwork. Where they really shined was in considering not just where the art would be displayed in our home, but how it needed to be accessed during our wedding ceremony. They creatively suggested already framing it so that it would be beautiful to display during the ceremony, but leaving off the glass so that we could still sign it (and then bring it back after the wedding to add glass). My challenge for Friedman's Framing was to duplicate the framing of this piece of needlework that I had completed. It was important to me that the framing and the 3 mats be cut to enhance the detailed needlework on the canvas. They had no template in their shop to work from but assured me that the cut could be made. Their sales representative took the time to make sure the colors of the mats matched the needlework brochure and the frame highlighted the entire piece.
