This was the WORST Chinese place I have EVER eaten to in my WHOLE ENTIRE LIFE!!!!! I don’t usually leave reviews but here you go. I wanted to eat somewhere that I KNOW is good. My husband decided that Green Tea was really good. So we chose to eat there. When we got home and I opened the box (fried chicken and fried rice) the food smelled BURNT. I tasted it because I thought I was tripping. I tasted it and it tasted BURNT!!! We called back up to the place and talked to a lady. She was nice about getting our information to redo our order. After we hung up a man called me back. First of all he didn’t even say hello he started asking for a ticket #. My husband provided him with the number. Then he said he needs a picture. He also said we should always take a picture for any restaurant. I told him I worked in a restaurant before and we NEVER needed a picture to remake anyone’s food. Who is saving food for a picture when they need to hurry up and feed their children. He was VERY RUDE and tried to over talk us the whole time. We were going to head back out and pick up our Crab Rangoon....Then exactly 7 minutes later we get a call back from there with a man arguing claiming "it was put in the bag and they see on camera where they put it in the bag". (If this was "on camera" for one, we would have our Crab Rangoon, and secondly, they wouldn't have had to ask what our order number was since they would've known). As someone with almost 20 years in the food industry and as a restaurant manager myself, I'm baffled at the attitude and response from this male employee who called back. After spending $66 and having missing food you're going to argue about a $5.39 order of Crab Rangoon that I was charged for yet didn't receive? Long time customers who spend $55+ each time and can't compensate for food that we were missing. They may have gotten a free $5.39 out of us, however, have lost loyal customers due to their response. Read moreUpdate: (07/12/23) Checked their health department grading and it was a 90. I decided to try them again, one year later, but no greasy dishes or egg rolls this time. I ordered steamed broccoli, white rice, and brown sauce. It wasn't greasy, tasted delicious, service was fast and friendly, but I started vomiting about an hour after eating this. I had nothing else in my stomach and continued throwing up for about 4-5 hours, until all my dinner was out of my system. I was not sick after that. It was clearly food poisoning. I WILL NEVER EAT FOOD FROM HERE AGAIN!!! Food here used to be good, but yesterday (Sunday 06/19/22 at 3pm) my egg roll had been refried. It was disgustingly dripping with grease and burnt around the edges, the way food gets when it's reheated by frying it a 2nd time after it gets cold or is leftover. I think that's illegal!!
