Jon Bon Jovi Service Area — Attraction in Sayreville

I'm sorry to be perturbed... But what is it with Fuel Attendants intentionally mishearing or intentionally OVERFILLING Fuel tanks when customers are asking for a specific amount? just today at 1:50pm on 3/22/2022 I pulled into pump #12 in which was Attended By a Kenny J. I politely and clearly asked for $30 of Regular fuel. so he goes and proceeds to do just that then As I was reading the pump it was reaching $35 dollars. and was getting Higher.. and Higher... I frantically honked to get his attention but he didn't show then the pump stopped at $64.10!!!!! more than twice of what I asked. I told the guy. Hey You overfilled me to which he says Yeah you said fill it up... I told him no I said THirty dollars worth of fuel and he ARGUES with me that I instinctively said fill it up. NO I DID NOT!! I ASKED FOR $30 AND HE INTENTIONALLY LIED AND OVERFILLED my car. disgusted I was tired of his lies and attitude that I went into the Aplus and asked for the Manager. who was not there but instead this woman who I think her name was Shirley. Sd he was nice and explained that yhey couldn't refund the money for the gas. In which I kinda figured. The Woman was Nice but the Rude Man Kenny J. was not nice and NEEDS to be reprimanded as well as any/all Attendants. please Retrain your staffs and make sure the properly listen to orders correctly and make sure NOT to overfill patrons vehicles with more firl than they need . Nobody can afford this and the way things are going. mishearing and overfilling is just plain.. I stress to use this "Highway Robbery" I'm not really asking for a refund ( it would be nice or maybe a gas gift card) but reassurance that ALL staff is better trained and will not let this happen...

Around mile post 122, I felt like I was Shot Through the Heart. I decided to pull over over at the nearest service center because, let's face it, It's My Life and I was Livin' on a Prayer. I got to the service center and discovered that the tug on my heart was in fact the gravity of the rock God Jon Bon Jovi's Sevice Area pull at my soul. When I walked through the doors of this center, my face immediately melted from the Bon Jovi aura that exudes from this joint. I made a dash to the clean toilets and, in a Blaze of Glory, ripped some burds that made me wonder if I had gotten some Bad Medicine. Regardless, I was as hungry as a Runaway and this spot had my favorite chicken: Popeye's. I love Popeyes, but I would tell this Popeyes "You Give Love a Bad Name!" It wasn't good...
