Terrible, horrible service.
My wife really likes Burger King Whoppers, so when I saw McD and BK across a parking lot from each other right after exiting the Parkway onto RT 9, I picked BK.
Big mistake.
1st - the place was very poorly lit, so much so that when I pulled up to the drive thru order spot I thought it was closed and that I'd have to go inside. Menu board was off, usual lights around the speaker were off, no lights of any kind over the driveway or parking lot. I was almost surprised when I heard the voice asking what I wanted to order.
2nd - after placing my order, I pulled around the corner of the building to see 4 cars ahead of me. It took almost 20 minutes for me to reach the service window and roughly 7 more minutes to get my order. They had only one employee serving both the inside customers and the drive thru and she served the very few inside customers first.
3rd - I was really in a hurry after wasting nearly half an hour at a supposed fast food drive thru window at 9:00 PM, not dinner rush hour - but much later in the evening. Anyhow I got out on the highway quickly while my wife opened the sandwiches. When I took my first bite I got another HUGE disappointment. My chicken parm sandwich was room temperature at best, not even a little warm, plus it was hard and dry. It tasted like it had been sitting there without even a heat lamp for the entire half hour it took to get through the line. Fortunately, my wife liked her Whopper Jr, so I didn't have to deal with hearing her complain when I was already irritated.
Overall, this was the absolute WORST fast food experience I've ever had anywhere in my whole life, and I know fast food. I'm over 70 years old and have been a regular customer at drive-in burger joints since 1965 when I got my license. Over all this time I have consistently visited fast food places 5 to 10 times each month for one of my 3 daily meals. That's hundreds of visits so when I say this was the worst ever it is really the bottom of a big pile.
I will still happily visit other BK locations where the service is good, but I will NEVER return to this...
Read moreThis is my local Burger King, been there lots of time, but I don't think I will be back after today's experience. On 11/20/20, around 1:10pm after visiting fruit market across the store, decided to pick up lunch for the family, walked to store and went in, no one on line inside, only a line of cars in the drive thru. There was no one a the front counter taking orders, only person taking orders was for the drive thru only. While I waited, she dispatched 4 orders and took 3 orders. I learned later, this lady is the manager of the store. At that point, I ask for help, she said, I will be with you in a minute, now there are 3 customers in line including me, inside the store. 4 more orders dispatched and 4 orders taken, yes, I am counting how many orders are going thru, I ask again for assistance to another lady, she said she was the cook, and then the manager started to yell "Don't you see what I am doing? I told you to wait", so I ask, Why do I have to wait longer than the drive thru customers? I am here in front of you. I waited long enough and I want to be served now, I said. Anyway, me and another customer walked out and did not order, after the manager told me she will not serve me after the way I spoke to her. Who knows what they can do to my food now that the manager and the cook are piss up. I understand we are going thru difficult times with COVID19 and every one is stressed out and maybe they need more help in the store, but you know, the end result is one less customer, one that went across the parking lot to a McDonald and got food and good service thanks to the treatment I got from your manager. You were my first choice of fast food, I like your Whooper, now you are no choice, because I am not coming back, I am the customer, the one with the dollars to spent at another burger store. Keep up that attitude and you lose more customers, I am pretty sure...
Read moreOk where to begin. We typically order from here as a last resort because it’s on my wife’s way back from work. We ordered 2 impossibles with Coke Zero and no mayo. Not a rocket science order but somehow they miss it up after waiting over 20 mins in a supposedly fast food place so we toss it out. The Staff didn’t give a cr*p and were just playing around some of them on their phones so I can see where the order got missed up. What makes matter worst is I called the manager “Ryan” and he was instantly rude and was like I made them myself and I didn’t miss up . He offered a replacement which we said we will take tomorrow. So today my wife goes to get the replacement, I guess they recognized the car, she was left intentionally on the Drive-through for 5 mins and no one acknowledged her, she drove up to the window to get someone’s attention until finally one person said someone will be with you. Finally “Ryan” comes up to the window and he remembers the incident and offered to make the replacement 35 mins later I get my order! Seriously you don’t think this was Intentional?? Talk about fixing a mistake by making another mistake ! The owner of this restaurant will be hearing back from me, you won’t be getting my...
