Seascape Family Aquatic Center — Attraction in Schaumburg Township

I’ve been here a few times and always had a good time but am overly grateful for the friendliness and compassion given by the staff and most particularly the on duty manager Omar. I foolishly jumped off the diving board the day before forgetting to takeout one of my AirPods. I came back the next day and talked with the Managers office and Omar agreed to stop everyone from jumping off the diving board and slides to look for my airpod. He made a 4 or 5 passes searching the whole area for my airpod without hesitation but in the end no luck. I asked if I could try again at the break. He said no problem at all. After searching many times the same area I found nothing as well but then moved closer to the shallow end and another Lifegaurd spotted it from the Lifegaurd chair. I was so happy they were so willing to stop everything and help me! I really wanna commend them for their kindness and willingness to help. All the staff members and the other manager were sweet as can be and it really gave me a comforting feeling to know they all really care to help others! I normally do not do rereviews and complain right away .... I prefer to give places or businesses a chance to make up or redeem themselves in front of their customers . On July 20th went to this pool with my son that was super excited to get the and have fun for the rest of the afternoon . We got there at 3.30pm , got in the pool and at 3.42pm they blew the whistle (as a warning get out get out of the pool) due to possible rain ☔ or thunderstorm⚠ . I get it, for safety, it makes sense. They stamped us and said to leave and come back in 30 minutes. I asked for a refund so xe I was only there for 12 minutes or a pass for another day , since they were closing down for the day due to weather. The young manager girl was very rude and simply said that I'm out of luck pretty much . Went home, my son was super upset and cried for hours, he is only 4 yo . I believe that Sooo not fair towards customer like me. A huge company with such business they should do better for their customers. I felt USED....

My family had a great time on last Wednesday. We spend more than 5 hours and my kids absolutely loved thus place.

4/5 star because *dirty men’s locker/restroom. Garbage on the floor and seems like there is no cleaning staff.

*Food There was only one person working all day and it was very long line. Multiple items were not available. The employee who was working all by herself was stayed calm and provided a great customer service so 15 minutes waiting time was not too bad.

Front desk employee was friendly as well but I do not understand why the management will schedule only one person at food shop knowing they will be busy. Not to mention that there were so many life guards who did not...
