Bathrooms: I did not use the bathroom, but I assume that the quality is average and probably what you could expect
Customer Service: Josie, one of the people who helped out with giving out ice skates, was very friendly with our group, and was very talkative and easy-going with ice skating!
Wait Time: for my event with ice skating, I came in a little later, so the wait time was pretty short. As for entering the ice rink, it was kinda longer, but that is because I came in late
Ambiance: very calm in the hallways, but very noisy in the ice rink and its adjacent hallways and corridors. Not sure about the locker rooms, but probably what you expect at certain times
Facilities: Free Wi-Fi is here, accessible seating is around, but I do not remember any charging stations where I parked
Product Quality/Value: the ice rink is pretty good, with standard maintenance and quality, so it is a good place to start when you want to ice skate, much less as a beginner in this cozy place of the community
Accessibility: there are elevators next to stairs, and there is a button to press outside if you need help with trying to get inside. You could ask someone and they will be more than happy to help!
Parking: there are some spots, and spots are plentiful where I parked. Apparently, some spots in the front are for those considered child care parents, and one spot was for hybrid vehicles.
Crowd Levels: the crowd level was pretty small, kinda average for its size, so there is nothing much to worry about.
Cleanliness: I think it was pretty clean, and not too spotless, but just good enough that you and your activities don’t get bothered by it
Signage: personally, I did not see the signs too much, but I assume the signs are generally helpful if not 100% accurate to the letter, but I suppose it isn’t too much of a problem with the staff members who are more than...

This building also has basketball courts and a elevated walking track. Parking lot is a good size. Only downside is no proshop. One of the nicer rinks...

I don't know what it was, but seemed like they put way to much chlorine...
