They are okay. Glad to see a little bit more diversity however I do notice a huge difference in the capacity to which they have minorities working as opposed to others. I would never want to work where someone stands over my shoulder for every transaction with my own skinfolk. I'm just honest. They do have a nice selection of clothing and shoes with very affordable prices, of course everyone knows these clothes are literally one nigh only wears, lets just keep it real. They aren't the best quality so you are most certainly buying for looks. Environment wise its pretty clean, they keep it organized as best they can. They have the slowest service ever known to retail chains, I'm guessing its to keep an eye on shoplifting, however they arent eyeing the management who are probably their main reason for losses and damages. Would not recommend working there from what I can see as a minority, shopping here is literally for a night to night basis, not long term wears. I go here for literally vacation wear that I only plan to wear once, snap a good photo or video, and off to donations it goes. Cant beat the prices. I bought around 500 dollars worth of clothes because of a trip that I didn't have any thing to wear for. I wasn't expecting to buy that much but there are no fitting rooms and some of the clothes run smaller and bigger. My trip was unfortunately cancelled and even more unfortunate for the cashier because I had to return half of the clothes. In the process of returning however, my card declined on the refund. My bank, the cashier, and I couldn't figure it out. They ended up refunding me in cash and that messed up their system. The manager on duty today around 12:20 was really patient and understanding and was apologizing for the wait during figuring out the error and so was the cashier who's name I didn't catch but she was a very beautiful girl with pretty ombré color in her hair. The whole ordeal was bringing me anxiety and probably even more so for them but they were very empathetic and assuring. I learned my lesson in buying so large and apologize profusely but thank them for their patience. PUT FITTING ROOMS IN THESE...

Customer service is absolutely horrendous. Coming in to the store, no one greets you even when there are a handful of workers right there in the front. There is no excuse for a customer to not be acknowledged especially when the store is not busy. It is totally unacceptable. The workers back in the shoe area were so busy chatting that they do not acknowledge their customers. No one even said hello when my mom and I came back there. One worker nearly ran us over and then said "excuse me", to put some shoes away in front of me, and then hurried away, instead of saying hello or "May I help you with something?" I will never spend my money where I do not feel welcomed. Horrible atmosphere. I will not recommend this store to anyone with class that is used to being treated with...
