Buona — Restaurant in Schererville

Update to previous: today's experience was very good ordered a pizza everything was prepared well very friendly girl gave me my pizza. It was a pleasant experience the place was clean all the chairs were in place I felt guilty sitting in one. The guy at the counter looks a bit bored and doesn't know how to stay busy when it's slow. But what do you expect. The Thursday Pizza special is a great idea. PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE: It would be very easy to give them five stars. As when they are on their 100% my favorite place to go. However there's been a few times where you don't get the dressing on your salad so use his dry salad to eat. Where your your sausage seems to have been the one that stayed on the grill all day long. The portions are normally good but they're not consistent. However all of that being said. Fantastic place to eat Top Knots foods good don't go in there with expectations to get too much food by Gwen there with expectations to get good food. And the fact you can get a drive-thru that's just an extra Plus would be four and a half if I could figure out how...

I have always been a fan of Buona Beef. I would buy the beef at the Deli at my local Jewel Osco along with the Hot Peppers jar and the sandwich kits. However, going to a Buona Beef is different and the last two experiences have been a letdown. This is what happened during my last two visit at Bouna Beef. I went to Bouna Beef sometime in May around 8:30-9 o'clock in the evening. It was not busy and I order the same thing usually; Original 10 in with Hot Peppers. I paid for the hot peppers no problem but I did not receive them. Whatever, everyone makes a mistake and sometimes the ticket is miss read. I can just use the hot peppers I bought a Jewel. My last experience, I order the same thing the Original 10 in with Hot Peppers, but this time (7/25/2022) when I got home the Beef had cheese on it. I could understand if it was during the rush hour or peek lunch/dinner, but I was not that busy. Note there is an update. Nikolay N Lesiv

I like this place but this is really starting to get on my nerves. I order from here sometimes through grubhub and I have had the exact same problem both times. I get the 10 inch Italian beef, extra beef, with hit peppers. My mom likes the grilled chicken salad with extra chicken and both times my food is made exactly the same, no peppers on the side, no extra chicken on the salad, no extra beef. I let it go the first time but tonight is enough tell your people making food for delivery to pay attention to what they are doing thats 17 bucks im out between 2 orders for some ineptitude or just not caring, or paying attention.....and before anyone says anything grubhub makes it difficult to get a refund for multiple extras on an order that were not delivered. I got back 3.88 on the 17 bucks im out so you guys really need to do better. I understand accidents happen but the exact same error twice in 2 weeks? Do better EDIT: 3 TIMES!!!! THEY LEFT THE HOT PEPPERS OFF MY ITALIAN BEEF FOR A 3RD TIME!!!! WHAT IS THE MATTER WITH THIS PLACE....ITS LITERALLY...
