Scotts Valley Skate Park — Attraction in Scotts Valley

I had a very disappointing experience here. I show up with the bros, We were all hyped to ride to what looked like a great skatepark. Instantly we were greeted with negative vibes as a to what looked to be a 9 year old boy on a skateboard telling me I need to leave and ride the pumps track outside of the skatepark. I responded I'm just here to send it with the homies and spread the stoke. After riding for a bit we left because of the unwelcoming negativity vibes. It's a bummer to see discrimination between action sports is still present in 2020. I have a dream that one day we will live in a world where we are not judged by the wheels that we ride on but to the amount of stokage we bring...

Fun park but whoever built it could teach a masterclass on how to waste space. Two enormous bowls that are almost never skated that take up half the park. The space could've been used for so much better and more fun...
