This review is strictly for the splash pad part. If you have 1-2 year olds don't bother with this place. I went yesterday with my 17 month old. She was by far the youngest child there, next youngest probably about 3 or 4. Every single parent or responsible adult was just sitting down at either either picnic area or under the umbrellas, not watching their children whatsoever. Maybe that's okay for older children but not a 1 or 2 year old. I attempted to walk with my child but it was of course too chaotic and stressful with all the bigger kids running around. I'm not comfortable just sitting while my one year old plays in water around bigger children. I was terrified she'd get knocked down. So we left after less than 10 minutes. Disappointed because we went to the splash pad in Fyffe and had a totally different experience. That splash pad is set up different, more open. I played right there with my child in fyffe splash pad. Thats where we'll go from now on. I recommend fyffe splash pad for anyone who actually wants to watch their children 🤷♀️ p.s the lifeguard they have are just teenage girls and definitely not responsible for...
Read moreThis place is a Joke!! Took my daughter there for her birthday today along with my niece and nephew. The kids were having a great time until the jerk/joke of a life guard decided to get his panties in a bunch and made my nephew stop playing just because of the shorts he was wearing ( which were in fact swim shorts) we were escorted to the manager who was very rude and told us we had to leave because we argued the fact that his shorts were swim shorts and that there were other children on the pad who were NOT wearing swiming suits!! So needless to say my daughters 6th birthday was ruined! She left very upset and crying! We will never go back nor will I recommend...
Read moreTook the grandkids to the splash pad before school starts and had a blast. First visit for us and the facility is really nice. Lots of water features well spread out with plenty of seating room around the edge. They have a park and rec employee for additional supervision and hourly water testing. Bring a chair to sit under the tarps or you will have to seek shade in the pavilion area. Cooler bathrooms and all the water features operating without being plugged or broken would...
