Extremely pleased with Woods Cove Florist’s customer service and product. I live out of town, and without knowing anything about them, I called to order flowers for my grandparents’ gravesite. My mom and I explained what we wanted, and Vicki texted me several photos of products in a few price ranges to give us ideas. We wanted a wildflower mix, not too brightly colored, with a specific request: white Queen Anne’s Lace included (because my grandparents loved it). Vicki and her team went the extra mile to locate some white Queen Anne’s Lace, and the final product was beautiful. They communicated with us throughout the whole process, and they delivered to the gravesite and sent me a photo once it was all done. We were so pleased with this experience. Such nice, friendly people to do business with! We highly recommend them.

My Mom was taken to the hospital at the last minute yesterday morning, and being in Florida, I felt helpless, along with my 8 brothers and sisters all across the country. We knew she was being released later in the day, so I thought it would be nice for her to come home to some beautiful flowers from all of her children and grandchildren. It was so last minute, I didn't think it could happen, but Woods Cove Flowers made up this beautiful Autumn bouquet for our Mom and delivered them before she was even released from the hospital. She came home to these beautiful flowers and she was so happy. Thank you so much for your wonderful service, Woods Cove!

I have to say that we were seriously disappointed in our son and his date's prom flowers!!!!! We paid $60 for a wrist corsage and boutonnière that looked like it took maybe 15 or 20 min total to make!! It was really ridiculous what they charged us BEFOREHAND I might add,prob cuz I would've left their stupid flowers on counter and walked out had I seen them FIRST!! If these people do ALL their flowers like that,then they don't deserve the reputation or business they get!! I don't care how busy they are,you don't treat well paying customers that way! PERIOD!! I'll NEVER do business there again!Yall should be ashamed of yourselves for it!Just a word of advice ,either take your business elsewhere or pay when...
