I went there straight from my doctors office, and they would NOT refill one of my 13 prescriptions, because they said that I was about 12 hours too soon to get it refilled!?!? I am terminally disabled, including a history of strokes. My vehicle doesn’t have air conditioning, which could cause another stroke. So I asked them if they could get that prescription ready the next day, first thing in the morning. The pharmacist assured me that it would be waiting for me the next morning. So I went there the next day, about 1:15. When I got there, I asked the woman at the window for my prescription. She told me that they still hadn’t filled it, and that I would have to come back at 3:00! After telling her how bad I needed it the day before, and that the pharmacist told me it would be ready that morning. She still told me to come back at 3:00 for it. So I left and at 1:26 I received a text message saying that it was ready to pick up. But of course, it was impossible for me to get back there in 4 minutes, before they go to lunch. So, needless to say, I was sitting in line waiting for them to open the window up. They finally opened it up at 2:10, which is 10 minutes late. I felt like I was going to have another stroke by the time I pulled up to the window. When it was opened I told the same woman that I got a text exactly 5 minutes after I left there the first time telling me that my script was ready. Then she admitted that it was her that sent me the text! CRAZY!!! I think everyone I’ve had to deal with there has let an ounce of power over those of us that MUST have medications that our doctors prescribe us go to there head and couldn’t care less about our health! She even had the nerve to ask me what all health problems I have! I’m switching right back to my old...
Read moreI came here to be honest about how horrible the customer service is and wasn't surprised to see everyone agrees. The girls would usually at least try to help me send off UPS packages because their kiosk isn't user friendly at all. The last time I went a manager told me it wasn't their job nor his and said he would make sure they stopped assisting me. I couldn't even remember his name I was so mad.
HAVE THE KIOSK REMOVED FROM YOUR STORE AND CLOSE YOUR BUSINESS IF CUSTOMER SERVICE ISN'T SOMETHING YOU CARE ABOUT.
Go to Big C right across the street and ask for Ronnie the manager there. He and his staff will treat you like royalty and you'll never wanna do business with a different drug store...
Read moreI give them 4 out of 5 stars.. I've been using their pharmacy for about 4 years now& the pharm tech always makes sure I get the right medicine and right amount.
One time, one of the pharmacy technicians called my cell # to make sure I had enough of my prescription bc the count wasn't coming out right for them; she was afraid they had messed up and gave me less.
CVS will always be my first choice..even though it takes up to 45-90 mins to get your meds filled; they txt you when your scripts are ready and have auto-fill as an option, as well. The staff at Scottsboro, AL are very friendly and...
