Catalano's is a West Scranton landmark and neighborhood tradition. It's an old time grocery store that specializes in Italian meats and grocery items that you can't find anywhere else. Paul Catalano and his Nephew Paul Matteo and everyone that works there are very friendly. It's just a nice experience to go in there and feel like family. Check their hours as they sometimes close for vacation, which is well deserved. They have "ready to go" Italian Hoagies with sweet or hot peppers everyday along with pizza.
