I almost never post negative reviews online, but I just got ripped off pretty bad. Main problem in hindsight was misleading, vague general descriptions of the height requirements for rides on the big signs up front by the ticket purchase booths, where most people line up upon arrival deciding how many tickets to buy. Signs by the booth lead one to believe that in general, like at many amusement parks, there is a 42" height requirement if with an adult, & 48" to go alone for the rides. Very untrue.

I went to this carnival in Westford with my 4 year old daughter of 43" height. Please learn from my mistake... If you want to throw money at this low rent operation, before buying whatever size bundle of ride tickets at booth, make sure to walk around entire carnival and inspect height requirements of each ride (almost all rides a parent would ride with their child had a strictly enforced 48" height requirement). Also assess how many rides are assembled but labeled "out of service." Note how many rides have nobody actually running them. Count how many rides do not take tickets or bracelet, but cost additional cash.

Do all this before deciding to buy large numbers of tickets, or even worse, unlimited ride bracelets for $30 each. I spent $60 for 2 unlimited bracelets to be able to go on 2 different rides with my daughter, and left within an hour, both of us disappointed to say the least. I paid less the year before to take her to Canobie Lake Park for the day, where I was able to take her on about 90% of the rides and we had a blast.

This carnival was the biggest ripoff I've experienced in quite a while, and customer service trailer was infuriating. NO REFUNDS on door of trailer was a good tip off that they were going to be unsympathetic to any issues. Save your money & skip this carnival, especially if with a child...

Hate giving low ratings but this was my worst year ever at Topsfield Fair, when a request I made for the Thunderbolt's closed air cover got rejected I was offered to ride the Arctic Blast instead since the Flying Bobs was unavailable as an alternative so I made an attempt after purchasing credits to go on but the first operator was very mean to me and refusing me service amid my height level being appropriate for a single rider, he didn't even give me a reason for it either. Walked to guest relations and they told me I could go on as a single rider went back to the Arctic Blast and told that operator I am in the appropriate height range to go on as a single rider, other people were attempting to speak up for me too and felt bad. What happened after people were speaking up, the operator put one of them on the same car as me and this particular person didn't want to go on, he wanted me to have a good and peaceful time being on alone, he also told me I only got charged once and not more but lied to me because when I was showing my card to the operator at the Merry Go Round it said not enough and I asked to look at my history and I got charged "twice" for the Arctic Blast ride and later on complained again to Guest Relations. I couldn't even peacefully go on the Arctic Blast alone until much later when I had a more friendly operator who would let me talk to him about earlier and my feelings. I have been on the Arctic Blast ride many times over the past decade alone and have never been treated like this ever this company needs to strengthen out this other operator right away because this was absolutely unfair and unacceptable treatment. I have also emailed Customer Support & a representative about my dissatisfaction and still...

Lynn carnival is complete disrespectful and unprofessional. The fact that I went yesterday with my kids mind you I don't normally take my kids to local carnivals. We usually go to cannobie lake/six flags ect. So we went there my daughter is playing on the Lizzy ride maze , at the entrance is this barrel that spins when you walk in there are 2 young boys playing in it back and forth. My 5 year old daughter decides to do the same thing. The lady operating it is stopping it everytime my daughter is on it and when she gets off starts it up again for the boys to play on it. My daughter does it again and again same thing is happening. I look at the lady and ask her why is she stopping it when my daughter is going on ?? She responded "because they are carnival kids and allowed to do that and my daughter is not" mind you I'm in shock because I never been in this situation before. Immediately, I told the lady that is wrong and we have paid to be here mind you I spent over 300$ on a carnival that isn't even worth as many rides as they have compared to what we normally go to. I ended up speaking with one of the operating managers he also agreed that she is wrong but also lost for words. He gave my daughter a bag of cotton candy for our troubles and wished her for a better day. It was a nice gesture but tell me am I wrong? What would you have done ? I went to speak with the manager of the entire carnival he told me that she was wrong and looked confused on why she would say that. He said that he would talk to her and that I can do is just file a complaint and if she has three then she will be fired. And that was it .... I will never go to any carnivals again exspecially not Lynn never again Fiesta Shows very...
