If I could rate this place a 0/5 stars I would. If you are looking to buy a $28 Elfbar that won't stop hitting and you have the chance of it blowing up in your face this is the place for you!! If you want a place that expects you to read their return and exchange policy on papers because they're too lazy to tell you themselves and you're not guaranteed to receive a real working product and expected to pay full price if it malfunctions after you walk out the door this place is for you!! Personally this was my last straw with this business and your liquor store will not be getting my business either. If you're choosing to not give people exchanges within the same day of purchase that is ridiculous and quit sad that a company cannot take responsibility for the possibilities of accidents that can happen in peoples homes from these products. I can just go down the street to a transparent shop that will accept responsibility for what they sell. If you want honest policies and better exchange policies go down the street to a different vape shop trust me when I say this I've had better luck anywhere else over this place. Should've kept it as my backup option of place I never will choose to go to because in reality I would've been better off going to NH vape galley down the street, but I sadly chose to stop in because of convenience. The few times I've been to this store made me never want to go back due to how rude and unhelpful the guy working there was to me. The only reason I went back after my first unpleasant experience was simply due to convenience, but after stopping in there again today I will absolutely not be giving them any further business. After waiting patiently to be helped I asked if they had a particular juice that I was looking for, was told "no", and then he walked away. Didn't bother to try and help me find something similar or ask if I needed anything else, which was their loss because I was also looking to buy a new mod as well. I walked right out the door and proceeded to drive out of my way to Route 125 Vapors in Epping, NH where I was treated the way you want and expect to be treated when giving a store your business. Drove 30 minutes from MA to have the door locked in my face at 7:57. I was literally 1 ft away from the door when the kid locked the door. He saw my car pull up, saw me get out immediately, and locked the door. What a disgrace. I work in retail as a manager. If I did this myself I wouldn't have a job because our company does not stand for such poor customer service. Who ever runs this joint better get there team together and tell them how to be decent human beings. Do not post you are open at 8 if you close early because of laziness!
