I went in here because it was such a very large facility and I was expecting to find very reasonable/ discount prices. Upon my arrival after looking around I was somewhat startled to find the prices were a little higher than I expected. A 12 pack of Heineken bottles was $12.99. I thought that was a little bit steep compared to other places I've been as $1.0825 cents per bottle is actually a little bit on the high side for some especially for such a high volume store. They specialize in tobacco & alcohol products and I would think that a store that specializes in these that the price would be lesser compared to a regular convenient type store or supermarket and expected more of a discounted price. These prices are pretty much middle of the road and more mainstream than discount. Needlesss to say I was somewhat disappointed as I expected to get a substantial bargain versus what is considered the main stream price. Their prices were higher than Walmart which does a far less volume on such import beers as Heineken. I felt as if I had no other choice because looking around I would have paid a higher price at a smaller convenience store so I took what I could get and severed my losses at $12.99 for a 12 pack. I still think that was a little bit on the high side for a store that seems to specialize in beer and tobacco products and was leaving there far less than satisfied. The clerk at the register was very friendly and very personal and cheerful and I had no complaints at all regarding my check out the experience. I thought she was very pleasant and personable and provided exceptional service with a smile. I guess the disappointment came when I had just left Walmart but could not find a warm 12 pack in their stock and did not wanna buy it cold because I didn't wanna have to put the entire thing in my refrigerator as I wanted to buy it warm and put it in the refrigerator as deemed necessary. The price at Walmart was substantially less in fact it was about a dollar and 30 cents less in Walmart which does a far lesser volume of sales on this particular beer. That being said and the amount of stock being at this particular store and being much higher as far as the volume of stock for this particular beer; I expected there to be a much lower price considering the higher volume of stock that they carry. Needless to say my overall experience here was disappointing and I feel as if the price for the item that I purchased should been much much lower. This is an excellent location, and it’s the last exit before you hit the toll for New Hampshire. People love that part about it! Anyways, I see a lot of people from New Hampshire here, but also a lot of out-of-state plates, mainly Massachusetts, where they charge exorbitant exorbitant prices for the same products. This is a massive store! it got so big for itself that it’s separate it into two, with one of the stores selling, mainly liquor, booze and food, and the other section of the building being a smoke shop for alternative medicine. They also sell mini flavored vapes, which are illegal in Massachusetts, and a few other states, And I’m pretty sure they also sell menthol cigarettes which are banned as well. They offer a few deals if you buy three or four vapes at a time but you kind of just have to pay what they ask since they’re hard to find. The manager here is a very unpleasant woman. She does not care about the average person and putting then through hardship.

My issue is a personal issue with the "manager" whom had my car towed from a parking spot for no reason. This now cost me $633 to get my car back. I was kind enough to go into the store and let manager know, that I am from MA and my car just had engine failure and broke down. I provided her with my name, cell phone number. Told her I was working on where to have the car towed to be repaired. She decided the right thing to do was to have my car towed without calling me or giving me a chance to have the car towed to a mechanic to be repaired.

To make a Long story short, the manager here is a heartless, insensitive, inconsiderate, cold-hearted excuse for a person. That is my opinion, but anyone who purposely makes someone situation worst to hurt them more and set them further back is a bad person. I would NOT support this...
