Harmony Nutrition — Restaurant in Seabrook

Let me start by saying that I wish nothing but the best for the person who runs this establishment, and I do hope they are able to make a living working for Herbalife.

This store is a front for Herbalife products. All of their smoothies and teas are made with Herbalife supplements and powders. Absolutely 0 info on ingredients, just unproven buzzwords like “healthy” “gut friendly” “protein,” etc.

These shops seem to be popping up left and right, I’ve seen Nourished in Manchester with the exact same menu of protein shakes and “mega teas."

All of their ingredients (powder supplements) stay hidden behind the counter & the store lacks the kind of cafe vibe most smoothie shops would likely have to build a customer base... and that’s because they’re not SUPPOSED to be a smoothie shop, they’re SUPPOSED to recruit more people into their MLM.

Becky has created a welcoming environment that exudes positivity! She greets each and every customer and asks about their day. She keeps the conversation going while making the teas and shakes and genuinely cares about her customers. The inside of the shop is cute and unique, and even has a sit in corner with a free little library in collaboration with Seabrook Schools for children to browse and take home! Then there’s the products themselves, the teas and shakes have multitudes of flavor combinations that are all fantastic as well as protein bites in the cooler. Although Harmony Nutrition is on the location that it is, which is a little off route 1 in a commercial building with a State Farm office and a vape shop, it is definitely a treasure to find. Although I visited here in August, I liked their tea and shake which I ordered here. I even liked the note they write on the cup's lid for fun. Even the treble clef sign makes a nice business insignia. It's worth the visit. It's very rare to find a place like this in Seabrook.
