Maple Leaf Park Playground — Attraction in Seattle

Maple leaf is great. There's a zip line, a great playground set, many swings, a sandbox, and best of all, people 'donate' toys to the playground, so there are usually things to ride or play with there. They are good options for a shady picnic in the summer too. The only drawback are the bathrooms there are in dire need of repair, but generally are usable. Such a great playground, kept really well. There was a birthday party today and when I first looked, the trashcan was full, then a little while later it was emptied, so they are actively keeping the park clean during the day. Lots of great play structures for the kids to play on from a zip line, to swingset and a couple jungle gyms. Love maple leaf playground, my 4 year old especially enjoys the sandbox, zipline, and swings. only thing that would make it better is a bit more shade. The slides get super hot on a sunny day.
